Nice Key West older hotel, good location, great staff, nice breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We chose a unit with 2 bedrooms, but only one bathroom. Pool was overcroweded, suggest getting rid of the paid chairs that nobody uses.

It was great, but the gym could use some work
Pros:

The room and the pool were nice. The shuttle was very convenient and always on time. The staff was excellent and accommodating. Everything was easy and lovely. We didn't eat at the restaurant except for a to-go dessert and honestly the chocolate cake was a real highlight of our whole trip!

Cons:

The onsite gym could be better - it didn't have a range of free weights that were appropriate for someone smaller. They are missing everything between 5 and 20lb. Very male-centered.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous ocean views. The staff was excellent and was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful.

We had 4 full days and I wish we had one more day!
Pros:

The shuttle to downtown and airport.

nice place, would stay again
Pros:

Nice location by the beach and the use of bikes and shuttle was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the bar and restaurant. The pool was lovely, i wish the area was a bit larger for more people.

Cons:

the room was nice, however there was not enough towels and hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. closet and drawer space was limited, would have like a few more drawers. limited TV selection/no movie channels, to watch a movie you have to pay to rent.

Agréable séjour dans une ambiance très sympa
Pros:

L’hôtel est très agréable avec beaucoup de services et attentions: café et thé le matin, cookies l’après midi, bouteilles d’eau à volonté ainsi que les jeux dans la piscine.
La plage est très belle

Cons:

The xtra resort fee when I showed up . I paid a resort fee at booking but then charged another 400.00. I heard a lot of people complaining. At least be up front with the total price before check in. If we know before hand we would not get pissy when we are told an additional fee is needed.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I loved the bed and the extended bathroom.
The breakfast is really good and the pool is nice.

Cons:

Although the website says there’s a full equipped kitchenette, there’s just a microwave and a fridge and coffee maker. Some paper cups. No regular dishes or cutlery so the microwave is pretty useless.

This is a motel that is next to airport!
Dirty rooms, old facilities, old equipment!
