nagyon finom bőséges reggeli,jól használható légkondicionáló,a szoba kicsit kicsi volt és csak egy konnektor volt a szobában,így nehézkesebb töb telefon töltése,szép volt a környezet az Arno partján,csak az utca felújítása miatt most nehezebb volt a közlekedés

Excellent staff
Very nice hotel and superb breakfast buffet. Lots of construction around it and small lifts. The lobby and restaurant are very modern and elegant. Very business oriented. Location is a bit away from the city center but the hotel has a complimentary shuttle that will take you there as long as you make a reservation. Very nice stay while in Florence.

The hotel should have safety deposit boxes at the reception in case you check out or in case you check in but still didn’t get a room, in order to keep your belongings safe, due to the huge amount of pickpocketers in the city.
Poloha hotelu je skvělá, v těsné blízkosti centra města. Možnost přikoupit si parkování bylo fajn. Recepční byl moc milý, doporučil nám skvělá místa a ukázal na mapě, jak se tam dostat.
Snídaně byla skvělá. Výběr všeho jídla byl velký. Vybraly si i děti.
Přistýlka je rozkládací menší gauč, pro dvě starší deti bylo lůžko trochu malé. Některé věci, zejména v koupelně by možná chtěli rekonstrukci. Ze sprchové zástěny tekla voda na zem.
