Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel, longeant l'Arno, proche des sites culturels tout en étant très calme.
Petite chambre mais très confortable. La literie de qualité et la climatisation ont été vivement appréciables en cette période caniculaire. Nous avons été sensibles à l'équipement fourni dans la chambre, la propreté et les prestations offertes.
Petit déjeuner très bon avec un large choix. Nous avons aimé la qualité du service.

The staff were amazing, the food was exceptional the location is very nice and prime near the shops and city center.
The internet Wi-Fi connection is a bit weak. The low availability for places in the shuttle service.

Per a nosaltres, tot: Cercàvem un hotel fora de la ZTL, però relativament a prop del centre. Per repetir.
Tot està bé però cal tenir en compte que és una mitja horeta de caminada fins al centre i que l'aparcament privat és de pagament i relativament car. Se sent una mica el trànsit des de l'habitació, fins i tot amb les finestres tancades, però res que ens hagi tret la son.

The breakfast was good compared to those offered by other hotels. However, the staff seemed to follow guests around quite closely, which was a little annoying. The hotel's location was acceptable, but it was a bit far from the city center and the main historical attractions.
When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a room with three separate beds, but the room we were given did not have them. The staff tried to resolve the issue, and since we were leaving the following day, it was not a major problem for us. However, the hotel should pay more attention to the specific requests and preferences selected by guests when making their reservations.
