-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

מלון מצוין. נקי מסודר. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. הצוות שרותי מאד. במיוחד מציינת את ברברה מהקבלה. אדיבה ועוזרת בכל שאלה ובקשה. כל הכבוד לצוות כזה.
Shower could use an upgrade. Location is far from the main attractions. Approximately 20 minutes from central locations.
يبدو واضحاً ان الفندق من طراز الثمانينيات، ومحافظ على جودة ديكوره واثاثه بالصيانة الدائمة.
الفندق جميل وواسع ونظيف، متبع فيه كل أصول الفندقة حتى في ادق التفاصيل، سعره مناسب وموقعه عن وسط المدينة ومزاراتها معقول جداً.
طاقم الصيافة محترف وبشوش تشعر أنه سعيد بتقديم المساعدة.
حقيقة أنا سعدت جداً جداً بالنزول فيه، وإذا زرت فلورنسا فلن اتردد لحظة واحدة فيالنزول فيه مرة أخرى.
Avevo bisogno di un hotel vicino al Piazzale Michelangelo e questo hotel era perfetto come posizione e la disponibilità del personale.
Camera di un hotel a 4 stelle in condizioni pessime, completamente da pitturare, bar vuoto se non solo con 2 bottiglie d'acqua, colazione non con molta qualità.

1) I booked it many months before and made sure that I have a dog. I day before they send me reminder that if dog is more than 10 kg they cannot let us in. Despite the house rules for the hotel in Booking page says nothing about it. Cancelling means 100% penalty. I told them I’m going to proceed with legal case against them unless they stick to house rules. Which they eventually did. Don’t know if it’s incompetence of staff or wish to defraud people 1 day before check-in.
2) I said I don’t need any supplements for the dog, still they brought them to the room and charged me even if we did not touch them.
3) Breakfast is good but served in small space with crowd of people passing back and forth thru narrow passages between tables. Like busy city cafe rather than 4* hotel.
Прекрасный отель. Чистые комфортные номера. Удобная постель и есть выбор подушек. Очень внимательный персонал, всегда очень подробно и с улыбкой отвечали на любой вопрос. Вкусный завтрак, хоть и не сильно разнообразный. Можно за доп плату пообедать или поужинать. Поскольку отель находится в 20 минутах пешей доступности от центра, отель предлагает бесплатный шатл. Микроавтобус небольшой и на самые утренние часы нужно бронировать за день или 2, но все равно это было приятным бонусом. Рекомендуем.
