-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.

Pros:

We kregen een grote, ruime mooie kamer, met grote badkamer met bad en douche. Heel vriendelijke en attente ontvangst. Ontbijt was copieus met veel keuze. We hebben 1 avond in het restaurant gedineerd, heel lekker! Daags na ons vertrek, bleek dat we enkele kledingstukken in de kast hadden vergeten, en die konden we gelukkig later ophalen. De mensen van de receptie deden alle moeite om ons te helpen. De ligging van het hotel is goed, niet ver van de Santa Croce, en wat weg van het massatoerisme. Er zijn enkele aan te bevelen authentieke trattoria's in de buurt. We zouden er zeker teruggaan!

We had a FABULOUS time staying here, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing- actually the best breakfast and service I’ve ever had while staying at a nice hotel; it felt like a resort with the options available and service! The juice bar staffed with someone making fresh juice was such a perk!

Cons:

The shower half glass shield did not do well to keep water from getting outside of the shower and onto the floor. Definitely would not deter me from staying here again and nothing that a towel can’t fix, but something to consider as it can make floors slippery.

Pros:

Breakfast was available every morning and included in stay. Staff was very nice and polite.

Cons:

Location was a bit secluded and also the property is a bit outdated and had rugs in some hallways causing weird smells.

Cons:

Al llegar nos atendio un joven en italiano hablaba muy rapido y mi compañera no entendio bien asi que no usamos la shutle al centro y caminamos mucho mucho. El segundo dia nos explicaron y pudimos usarla solo esa vez. Lastima es un plus muy util para los que no conocemos bien florencia y su transporte publico

Le personnel est vraiment serviable, souriant et à l’écoute. Bel hôtel avec un emplacement très bon.
