-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird als Vier-Sterne-Hotel angeboten, entspricht meiner Meinung nach aber leider nicht diesem Standard. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirken veraltet. Besonders enttäuschend war die Sauberkeit – das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt.

Von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man gepflegte, saubere Zimmer und einen gewissen Komfort. Hier besteht meiner Meinung nach dringend Renovierungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns leider nicht gestimmt.

Vibrant atmosphere, beautiful, welcoming and excellent!
Pros:

Grand property, well located for my trip, clean, excellent staff and customer service and will certainly stay at this property again if visit Florence again. Breakfast will always be remembered - delicious!

Cons:

There is nothing not to like about the property and will definitely stay there again if I visit Florence again.
