Great overall, but a couple of areas for improvement.
Pros:

Well located to the entertainment centre (the Nex). Spacious comfortable room. Very much appreciated being able to access my room early on the day of my arrival. Excellent staff at reception & in the breakfast room - efficient, friendly, professional.

Cons:

The building has two lifts but one of them was out of service for the duration of my stay. This is a functional & safety concern.
There is a live music venue next door & the bass "duff, duff" was clearly audible at times in the early hours well after midnight. Tolerable, but not desirable.

Not good value for money & would not recommend to friends

The location close NEX suited me

Cons:

Only one lift meant extremely long wait times, & overcrowding linen trolleys stacked in lift lobby. Bathroom fittings and finishes are outdated. Loose tap handles on basin & shower taps. Suppliers label still stuck on the wc pan. Tile grout missing in parts.

Very nice!
Pros:

Check in was quick & easy. Loved the convenience of location for my event nearby. The restaurant looked clean and nice, room was a decent size. Car parking was convenient and not too expensive!

Cons:

The cutlery in my room wasn’t cleaned properly.
The bathroom could use an exhaust fan but that’s just me being picky tbh.

For $500 A night, expected more. But staff were great

Emptied water from bath, water came up the drain onto bathroom floor and went everywhere..

Room didn't get serviced for a 2 night stay. Had to ring for more towels.
Not enough milk for 3 people 2 nights.

Double bed was two singles zipped together, kept falling into the middle gap. Both beds no comfort at all.
