Not happy and will not book again.
Pros:

At night, it's hard to sleep because of the loud cars and motor bikes that is burning tyres. The windows should be sound proof to at least minimise the noise outside. Thank you.

Needs a refresh. Not up to the expectation of a Mercure

Staff and breakfast excellent.

Cons:

Tired and starting to feel run down. Soundproofing was very poor. Could hear upstairs and outside.

Shower head in room 209 would not stay upright and it looked like it was repaired poorly to get by. There was no bath/ shower gel in the dispenser on arrival.

We had a pleasant stay and the waiter was amazing friendly and veto professional and dinner was delicious very accommoda

The Mercure have great service especially in the restaurant our experience was fantastic and waiter made it an amazing evening and food was exceptional.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet food was only just warm and not cooked well bacon not cooked properly and mushrooms only just cooked

Great Location, But Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement
Pros:

The location is a definite advantage, as the hotel is directly across from the shopping centre, making it very convenient.

Cons:

The room was not up to the standard I expected. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, we found a cockroach in our room, and there was mould on the bathroom ceiling. These issues made the stay less comfortable than it should have been.

Parking costs $15 per night, but paying doesn't guarantee you a parking space. When we returned to the hotel, the car park was already full, and I had to squeeze into one of the few remaining spaces with a very low ceiling, which was quite inconvenient.
