The staff were great and the stay was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff were the highlight of this place, they were friendly and helpful and personable.
For the price, parking could have been included considering it was just an outdoor carpark.
The water pressure from the shower was pretty weak, and the room was a bit smaller than expected and you had to cast from your phone/device to watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV which was a pain. Otherwise it was ok for our overnight stay.

Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

The response from Staff after I raised a concern re teh room I was provided. Even though the hotel was fully booked they were able to find me another room.

Cons:

The initial room. Not the hotels fault but guests that were staying there.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast was cold would not meet food health standards

Hot water in shower was up n down in temp. From scorching hot to Luke warm within seconds of each other spent more time trying to get an acceptable temp to have a shower

Good for what I needed it for, would not stay again
Pros:

Beds were super comfy and great location.

Cons:

On arrival there were no parks and I was not told I had to pre park. I couldn’t get into my room and then went down to find out receptionist gave me wrong room number. Once I got into room it was addressed to someone else and there was card there for a different person. Was weird and unprofessional
