Good for what I needed it for, would not stay again
Pros:

Beds were super comfy and great location.

Cons:

On arrival there were no parks and I was not told I had to pre park. I couldn’t get into my room and then went down to find out receptionist gave me wrong room number. Once I got into room it was addressed to someone else and there was card there for a different person. Was weird and unprofessional

It’s was just ok, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It was close to the theatre. The room was a good size.

Cons:

The pillows were hard as a rock, the room had a musty smell and the shower kept dripping. The fact that you can’t get a carpark at the Mercure and you can’t pre book annoyed me. We had to leave our car out of the Main Street. Lucky the car didn’t get damaged.

It was okay
Pros:

Nice facilities and staff were lovely

Cons:

Cot for my baby literally had a cardboard base. Room service unavailable, wasn’t told, had to go downstairs to order.

Pros:

Location for our needs good

Cons:

The first room had blood on the bed, hair from shaving in the sink and the soap was empty on the wall.
The second room we were placed in the door swipe was broken and the mirrors were dirty. The fifth floor smelt of cigarette smoke.

Distinct lack of parking on site - had to park in the (public, outdoor) shopping centre car park and cross the 4-lane divided road in the rain to get to it.
