Could have been better, but was better than the last place I stayed in WD!~

Comfort of bed and access from car to room and room to car. Location was pretty decent for what I needed the room for.

Cons:

Coffee maker caught fire and didn't work. TV remote and channeling was not user friendly at all. Directions from Bookings.com was not accurate for premises. Directions led me to opposite side of town to an abandoned hotel that was no longer is use. Attitude of front desk personal started off with attitude but things ended okay. I was charged for $100 deposit and haven't received it back yet.

Very well kept up and friendly employees.
Pros:

Room was nice, the bed were comfortable but a little high for a 5 foot person the bathroom was big but toilet was very low..the front desk was awesome she even lent me the step so I could get up into the bed...

Cons:

Very noisy people up above us and that went on until almost midnight... along with running up and down the halls...

Being charged for 2nights $500 was not worth the price

It was convenient for being close to everything

Cons:

The area needs update, the walls was nasty, the sheets was very bloody n nasty, showers was broken with water leaks… toilet had water stain… no refrigerator in room as described on booking site… for the price we was charged very unhappy

Very disappointed we will never stay here again.

Comfort wise the beds were decent everything else was lacking.

The property was very dirty, the pool area was horrible and the hot tub was literally falling apart and was not heated.

Dirty, not maintained well, catheter bag under one bed that was used and never cleaned up. Pool and hot tub dirty. Breakfast gave me diarrhea and tasted off.

Good location. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and nice.

Cons:

Few things were not maintained, toilet ran frequently even when not using it. Maid service was not efficient in their duties.
