I liked the customer service.
As a tourist who didnt know places the staff at the front reception provided good support. One staff particularly stood out, he name is Hennesy ( I hope I spelt that correct) she was patient and helped me identify all the places I wanted to go. She provided excellent customer service which was comforting and reassuring, kudos to her!
There is no Spa. They should consider putting a Spa

We stayed twice at this hotel on our trip the first we paid a small fee to be given an executive suite that was really nice but a little dated but great facilities also executives lounge is a bonus free drinks snacks etc
The second time we were in a queen studio in the tower not so good didn’t like the location of the room it seemed disjointed from the rest of hotel with large couch which dominated the room a small table and two comfy chairs would be more appropriate
The queen studio as mentioned earlier the main area restaurant has been refurbished but the rooms are a little outdated

The room in reality is very different from picture displayed, very old, dusty and the furniture is mouldy. The bathroom is quite small to move around, the light inside the room is pretty dark
