Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore

Copthorne Kings have some of the best staff working for them. My experience was especially elevated by mr Asokan Poniogody, who showcased first class hospitality. At a time when big hotel chains are taking good service for granted, mr Asokan took care of every concern and request and went above and beyond that has left a mark. I look forward to staying in Copthorne Kings again in future for the lovely balcony rooms, peaceful atmosphere, wonderful amenities and most importantly the 5 star hospitality.

Great hotel in a good location. Clean and tidy, nice pool and fitness facilities. Members lounge was a bonus too. Pool area was nice as was gym.

I am always staying at Kings in Singapore. Been doing that for the last 15 years. Good hotel, littke worn but stil good. Friendly staff and perfect location. Best club loung in the are, with a outside patio.

A good quality middle budget facility, close to MRT and walking distance to eateries. Friendly staff and excellent room attendants who did everything expected of them for cleaning and room make up. The dining facilities were very good, however the breakfasts lacked any great variety and most items (bacon, hashbrowns/chips, rice etc were warm at best and often cold.

This was a lovely hotel to stay for a 2 day stopover. A bit away from the main downtown centers but easy to take a taxi or grab to get around. The room was nice and comfy and the hotel itself has some nice facilities.
We didn't get to sample to breakfast but the restaurant looked cool and the bar had a live band the night we were there.
Staff were friendly and attentive - will definitely consider booking again if we make our way back to Singapore

My room attendant, Mary was friendly, understanding, and accommodating to my needs. As I have my laptop and other electronic appliances with me and find it a hassle to keep it in my luggage to ask for housekeeping, she would help me to clean the room after I had my breakfast and was back in my room. That was very thoughtful of her as it gives me a clean room to start my day in. She even remembers the tea I like and would give me some every day. Kudos to Mary for taking such great care of me as I am there!

Aside from that, the buffet spread for breakfast was great. One of the personnels was really nice - when I requested for a cup of ice, he went to the kitchen specially to get one for me. I really appreciated the gesture.

One area of improvement would be in the area of room service for food, the receptionist should be more well-versed in the timing that certain food will take to prepare and translate the right information to me. As she told me it will take 30-40mins, I went to shower, only for the doorbell to ring less than 10mins later. As I was certainly not ready yet, by the time I opened the door, the personnel with my food is gone. I had to then call the receptionist again to ask for my food. As a result, by the time my food reach me, it was lukewarm & cold for some of my food. It was quite disappointing as I am paying for this service and had to eat food that was cold.

Overall, it was still a pleasant stay & experience in this hotel.

Appreciation to Mike at the Princess Terrace Restaurant too. Taking care of my group and making sure our special orders arrive on time.

Nice environment and vibes. Staff were very friendly and professional. Passionate in their role of serving guests with the best attitude. Overall the hotel is very clean and and I like the swimming pool. Hope to stay there again. The room is spacious with three beds. Noise level is at minimum. Amenities is very sufficient. Would love to bring my family there to enjoy a nice stay. Location is great and accessible to many places. Value for money and I would recommend to people. Housekeeping is great. Staff are approachable and friendly, would guide me and provide information accurately. Solo staycation is a great way to rewind and relax at a nice hotel.

The location, and the gym was good as it was empty every time I used it.

The room size is pretty big, and the bath tub is lovely . I love the fact the WiFi is pretty stable and stay connected without getting interrupted even when I move from 3rd floor to the first floor for dinner buffet.
