We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Verona. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were good, including a small but useful gym and convenient on-site parking. The bar offered drinks and coffee at reasonable prices, which was a nice bonus. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable hotel with great service, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Verona.

Personal belongings seem to disappear faster than the housekeeping team can find them.
