Pros:

Property was always clean. Free water stations in reception. Staff were always helpful telling us where to get the bus from. The bus is only about 15 minutes to the centre so great location

Pros:

Comfortable and nice hotel. Didn’t like the breakfast as much tho. Location is not the best.
Need a car if you stay at this hotel! Customer service and room was 10/10

Hyvä majoitus Veronan eteläpuolella
Pros:

Siisti hotelli. Pidimme paikasta monella tapaa, kaikki tärkeät asiat olivat kunnossa. Henkilökunta palveli ystävällisesti.

+ Sijainti moottoritien lähellä eli hyvät liikenneyhteydet ja läheltä löytyi myös iso ostoskeskus.

Un week end a Verona
Pros:

Hotel eccellente per la pulizia. accoglienza dello staff, vicinanza al centro di Verona e all'uscita autostradale. La camera era confortevole e silenziosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Abbiamo avuto un problema riguardo a un pantalone dimenticato in camera dopo il check out. Ho telefonato subito alla reception e nonostante mi fossi ovviamente offerta di pagare la consegna il pantalone è sparito.Siamo state solo due notti quindi avevamo bagaglio minimo, in valigia non c’era e mi ricordo perfettamente di averlo appeso nell’armadio. La receptionist ha difeso il personale dicendo che non avessero mai toccato nulla…rispondendomi in malo modo e chiudendo la chiamata scocciata. Non e’ accettabile come gestione della clientela.

У нас залишилися лише найприємніші враження від перебування в Leonardo Hotel Verona. Розташування дуже зручне — готель знаходиться буквально поруч зі з’їздом з автобану, тому його легко знайти, і це чудовий варіант для тих, хто подорожує автомобілем.
Готель дуже чистий, персонал привітний та уважний. Приємним бонусом став ресторан на території, де ми чудово повечеряли після дороги.
Окремо хочеться відзначити сніданок — він був просто неймовірний! Великий вибір свіжих і якісних продуктів, усе дуже смачне. Це один із найкращих готельних сніданків, які нам доводилося куштувати.
