Loud drilling above my room gave me a migraine
Pros:

The staff are very friendly. However I was given a room (which was nice and cosy inside) in a building site location with major repairs ongoing. The noise of drilling directly above me woke me up just after 8am with a terrible migraine and was so loud it set off my phone warning system for loud noise. The staff said they would move me but then didn’t due to lack of availability. I think it’s dishonest to rent out rooms that are not habitable just to make money from unsuspecting guests.

Zimmer 118 scheint über der Küche zu liegen. Jedenfalls wurde die Nachtruhe durch brummen, vermutlich durch ein Kühlagregat, erheblich gestört.

attentive and efficient reception staff
Pros:

My first experience booking a room at this hotel was very positive, thanks to the attentive and efficient reception staff. I called and spoke with a receptionist who was immediately helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with all my needs. I had been driving all night and was exhausted, looking for a place to rest. Unlike other hotels where I was put on hold and faced delays, the staff here secured my reservation in less than a 5 min I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for making this process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
