Pros:

Great location and a nice hotel

Cons:

Balcony needed cleaning as there where cigarette buts left on the floor from previous occupants.
Choice of drinks at the bar was poor for a hotel of this standard.

War ein kultureller Kurzaufenthalt. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung, geräumiges Badezimmer, dezente Klimaanlage, gutes Frühstück, ideale Zeit zum Aus-Checken, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, zentrale Altstadtlage und nur 20 Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt.

The hotel totally met our expectations.
Pros:

Excellent central location, literally minutes walk from the Arena. Staff helpful in recommending good restaurants in the area. Secure parking for my car.

A very comfortable stay overall and perfect from a location point of view.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, sitting just one street off of the main Arena area. It was very quiet, despite its location. The breakfast was good but I would have expected a better hot option. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

I would have expected to have access to an iron and ironing board in a 4* hotel. This was not available and you could only use the hotel's laundry service.

Pros:

Vom Empfang über die schnelle Abwicklung der Formalitäten bis zu kleinen Informationen und bis zur Abreise mit dem Taxi. Alles professionell, effektiv und sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war bis zur letzten Minuten ansprechend und komplett. Die Nähe zur Arena ist bei überraschendem Gewitter und Dauerregen absolut top! Wir sind begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is amazing.

Cons:

Sadly there was a lot of street noise first thing in the morning. To be fair, this is a characteristic of Verona and it's not the fault of the hotel at all!

Best hotel for a short visit to Verona.
Pros:

Great location. 1 minute walk to the arena. A lot of restaurants and cafes around. Lively area. Authentic decorations and beautiful paintings.

Cons:

It doesn’t have a gym.

Perfect location and breakfast with two lovely rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast room was small an quaint but had everything you needed. Everything superfresh and scrambled eggs perfect.

Cons:

This does not appear to be a specific problem with this hotel but with booking.com in general. In both hotels we booked through booking.com we selected 2 rooms (one with double bed set up and one with two twin beds set up). Although we selected this on booking.com the hotel receptions in this and another hotel claimed that they were not aware of this request. We had to wait for the room to be made up to the desired specification.
