Un hotel excepțional!!!
Pros:

Personalul hotelului a fost foarte amabil și prietenos, făcându-ți ziua și ridicându-ți dispoziția, în special Marco de la recepție, a fost foarte zâmbitor și de ajutor. La fel doamnele de la micul dejun, extraordinare!!! Foarte frumoasă intrarea în hotel. Foarte sigur hotelul. Amplasarea la fel excepțională, foarte aproape de Arena di Verona, străduța cu magazine de lux și alte atracții. Camera și baia spațioasă și curată.

Deși baia era largă și curată, dușul era incomod.

ベローナ市内の中心部に位置する４つ星ホテル。レセプションの対応も素晴らしく、お部屋もエアコン完備でとても過ごしやすい。朝食は生ハムなどボリューム満点で優雅。市内観光やショピングには大変便利で、アリーナからも徒歩２分程度。まわりには美味しいレストランが点在し、少し歩けば大きなスーパーがあるので、飲料水やチーズ、オリーブ油などのおみやげが手頃なお値段で購入できる。最高のホテルでした。

Skvělé místo.

Cons:

Je znát, že rekonstrukce hotelu proběhla před delší dobou. Je to nepodstatné pro samotný pobyt. A také je to jediný důvod, proč jsem nedal nejvyšší hodnocení. Jinak bylo vše skvělé a hotel rozhidně doporučuji.

素敵な内装で思い出にも残る、快適な滞在でした！

フロントも、朝食会場も、スタッフの方々が全員とても親切で丁寧でした。顔もすぐに覚えてくださるので、リクエストも含めて何事もスムーズに対応していただけ、滞在中は毎日家に帰ってきたかのように安心して快適に過ごせました。
立地も素晴らしく、地図で見れば明らかなように、Arenaには瞬時に辿り着けますし、バス停や便利なスーパーも近くにあるため、何も不自由しませんでした。
お部屋はとても可愛らしい内装で、Veronaの街並みに溶け込んだ伝統ある雰囲気を感じられ、公式や口コミ投稿されている写真を見て「いいな」と思った方は、実際にとても満足すると思います！

Cons:

エアコンのスイッチの入れ方が難しかったですが、清掃時に設定していただけるので特に問題ありませんでした！

Nettiyhteys ei toiminut huoneessa (toimi kuitenkin aulassa!) eikä sitä useista pyynnöistä huolimatta saatu toimimaan. Saimme mitä erilaisimpia syitä siihen miksi vika oli ilmaantunut ja miksi sitä ei saatu korjattua.
