Large and comfortable bed, nice staff, good location

Aircon not working, window privacy blind broken, holes in polyester bed sheets, mould in bathroom
The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was adequate. There was Ice available on the 5th floor and a drinking water dispenser in the gym on the 2nd floor. It seemed like a good gym but we don't work out. The free breakfast was a nice feature but get there before 8am or you will wait in line for a while. Day 1 we never found out how long a while was because we left after 10 minutes when the 10 people before us didn't seem to be going anywhere. But got there earlier on following days. The location was very central. Seattle has a big hill and this hotel is near the top. So if you like to walk, be prepared. Finally the front desk were helpful and friendly.
The air conditioner in the room barely cooled the room. it was on full from the time we arrived until the moment we left. Also the front grill must have vibrated loose and fallen off. I accidentally kicked it with bare feet not seeing it and cut my foot badly. Also the fridge didn't really work other than the light.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
The AC in our room did not work. I had heard the same complaint for other quests as well. We were told that they would send maintenance up to research/repair. Instead, we received a couple of fans to push the air around. Being in downtown Seattle, the street noise was so much that we couldn't leave the window open at night.
Additionally, our stay included breakfast, which was nice, but when I looked at the prices for what it would have cost us, I was shocked. My wife and I had a breakfast sandwich (pre made, heat and serve), 12 oz coffee, and a parfait. If we would have paid for this, it would have cost us over $50! I am not sure if this is typical for all of Seattle, but that is a silly amount of money for so little.

Персонал вежливый. гостиница расположена в самом центре, недалеко от набережной, радом есть кафе и бары. Здание старое, но очень хорошее. комнаты чистые - но уборка только раз в 7 дней, это надо учитывать. держать комнату в порядке, если вы на долгий срок.
на 8 этаже интернет плохо ловит, постоянно отключается, поэтмоу пользовался своим мобильным интернетом.
Location
Pre booked breakfast is a voucher offering very limited choices. Bathroom toilet too small for an adult. Complaining results in regretting your booking. Absolutely never ever again
No hot water in my room.
Clean and comfortable. Loved having a corner room with the windows, other two rooms same. We had 3 rooms reserved for our family. Close walking distance to the Market Place. The first stay 7/9/26 one room was ready when we got there early and second stay was 7/18/26 they stored our luggage and still got us into our rooms early. That was a huge Plus for the Hotel to get us in like that. It was much appreciated!!! Especially because my husband is dealing with medical issues and he could rest sooner than what we had anticipated. I definitely would stay there again.
We were traveling with 9 family members and had 4 young grandkids with us. Their parents noticed a guy in the lobby checking out the kids and then the stranger went up to the desk asking your desk clerk what rooms we were in. Thank goodness she told him she couldn't give that info out. Also glad your room keys are what allowed who could go up and down the elevator. Good safety measure!
If this post is where other's can read my review. Please pay attention to your surroundings and keep an eye on your kids at all times. Seattle in its self seems to have issues with this stuff stay alert! This is not the Hotel's fault...
A stranger in the lobby checking out and watching my grand kids and asking what rooms we are in.
Check in was super easy & parking was private which was nice. Fairly close to the water front but all up hill when coming back.
They really crammed as many rooms as possible. Could barely use the bathroom toilet it was so tiny. Seemed like multiple things were broken and no one cared to fix. Room was very muggy as well & overall didn’t feel clean.
Easy to check in and good location.
Walls are paper thin. Had a rough night's sleep due to the street noise.
