Breakfast was in adjoining cafe and was a bit minimal. Better to pay separately for items and have a better quality coffee.

Description mentioned parking and breakfast came included but it did not. We had to pay $50 for parking and $25 per person for breakfast.

Check in process

The place to store baggage was either up fifteen stairs or down fifteen stairs!!
Room was ok but there was no air con (standard perhaps). However, the window was raised about ten inches and i could not get it to go down. Spent two nights freezing.
Staff didnt show any real interest on check in - just pointed to check in computers.

First of all, on booking.com it said check in minimum age was 19. When I got there I was as told that was not the case, but “an exception would be made”. Secondly, the machine to check in was horrible to use. Multiple errors occurred throughout the check in process, and it took over an hour just to check in. After checking in and wanting to park our car, we were told there was an additional 40$!! fee for parking, which was NOT stated on the website. After dishing out 170$ for the 1 night stay, we got to our room to realize the a/c wasn’t working. Upon telling the front desk, we were given the 2 most pathetic fans I’ve ever laid eyes on, so we were forced to sweat it out in the 90 degree weather. For the price it costed to stay, it was completely unacceptable the conditions we were met with, and I won’t be returning any time soon.

TV didn't work, thermostat didn't work, no microwave to warm a cold cup of coffee. Iron with no ironing board. Breakfast wasn't included as advertised.

Cost, breakfast, bathroom no lock in the bathroom I booked 2 rooms and both had no lock.

When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Because of this issue, she explicitly told us that the hotel would waive the $45 parking fee.
However, three days after checking out, I discovered that I had been charged the $45 parking fee anyway. This is completely unacceptable.
What is even more disappointing is how the hotel handled the situation afterwards. Before our stay, they were very responsive to our messages and emails. However, after our stay, when I contacted them several times asking for an explanation about the charge, they stopped responding. I have contacted them four times and have now been waiting for a response for over a week.
I also contacted Booking.com customer service, who have been trying to obtain an explanation from the hotel for more than 20 days, but the hotel has still not provided any response or resolution.
Despite this, the charge was still made to my card.
Unfortunately, as I am Italian and do not have a US phone number, I cannot simply call the hotel directly to resolve the matter.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Being charged for something that was explicitly confirmed as complimentary, followed by weeks of being ignored, is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I would not recommend it.
