I wouldn’t go back but the price wasn’t bad and I can see why it’s only 3 stars on Google
Pros:

The only good thing I can say is it’s close to everything!

Cons:

The staff was super unprofessional. The parking garage costs an additional fee… but it’s 10 blocks away. No unloading zone no way to get comfortably unloaded and get your car parked. Not the cleanest either but the rooms were ok size.

Reasonably priced hotel downtown
Pros:

Great location
Ok for a short stay
Reasonably priced considering other hotels nearby

Cons:

The photos made the room look much better than it actually was, but I wasn’t surprised. Same goes for the paper-thin walls and no cleaning unless you pay for it. Still, it was decent enough for a three-day sightseeing trip. Definitely not a place for a honeymoon, though.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Located only a couple of blocks away from the train station. Staff were friendly and communication through text was efficient. Bed was comfortable and shower temperature was great.

Cons:

Bathrooms are small. The ac wasn’t working properly. Heat mode did not work. Shower head needs to be replaced. Its advertised that thereis a microwave in the room. There is not.

the cleanliness of the bathroom was overall okay..

Cons:

The pictures on the booking were NOT the same as in person. Room was very small, A/C wasn't cold AT ALL. We had no microwave. The bathroom was small. I payed for a DELUXE QUEEN ROOM and it definitely did NOT feel deluxe at all. We also had to pay $66 of parking the first night and $40 on our last day. Not a good experience at all.

The only thing good about this place is its location. Other than that, its not worth staying--for the amount of money they ask for per night.

Cons:

1-When I walked inside the room with socks on, when I took it off, there were hairs, dirt etc. stuck at the bottom of my socks----it was not cleaned properly or vacuumed.
2-The toilet tubing's to flush were leaking water.
3-The toilet does not flush properly, It takes 5 flushes to flush down waste.
4-The AC does not cool. I asked about it and the front desk stated that 1/2 the hotels AC are not cooling because of the season. This was not disclose in their website or at the BOOKING.COM website. that their AC is only "on" on certain season of the year.
I would not stay in this hotel again. It's way too small, old and not worth the money I paid for. We were out of town 90% of the time and only came in to sleep. It was too cramp and uncomfortable.
