Great location, spacious room
Tricky to check in
Sofa bed in room not made up
Good location, walking distance to the market, but one thing that bothers is that they have stairs to get to the elevator, you have to go down the stairs or up the stairs with luggage to get to the elevator. It doesn't make sense.
When we arrived there wasn't help at the front desk. We needed support in our room, but the front desk person said the only help was coming in a few hours later. The sheets were dirty so we asked them to be remade. The staff member told us the staff coming in at 5pm didn't know how to make the beds, so they'd give us sheets and we'd have to make them ourselves. They gave us fitted sheets, but we were so tired we just slept on them. The restaurant was was horrible. A weird mix of expensive bar food and Asian food. They didn't have a kids menu. There was 1 staff member there who was attending the bar, serving and seating people. It was awful.
Good location
Small rooms, bathtub would not drain, self check-in is ridiculous. If you need an attendant to guide each customer through the self check-in, I don’t understand the point. After a long day of travel, I want to give someone my name, ID and credit card, and be handed a room key, especially for the price I paid. What I got was the expectation to remember the last four digits of the credit card I used for booking, enter all of my information, and to scan my ID. What should have taken 2 minutes took 10 instead.
The breakfast was good, however there was very limited space to sit and eat so we had a wait just to be able to sit and eat.
Location is perfect. Walking Distance to Public Market and Seattle Waterfront.
One has to take stairs to get to elevator — not good for old people.
Location was great. No WIFI the entire time we stayed, told the front desk, they said they would have someone work on it. never did! Printer not working, listed as a business hotel but did not have any features or come close to a business hotel.
Only one person at front desk entire time,, she tried her best but customers were impatient and had to wait along time for assistance. Not acceptable for the rate we paid.
Proximity to market and nearby attractions
Walls EXTREMELY THIN, dilapidated stage of room; towel shelf fell off wall, soda spill all over wall by desk, shade was broken and immobile; horrible eggs at breakfast cafe
Location to surrounding activities
Room needs remodeled, it looked and smelt old, bathroom is very dated ,
