I slept so I could see the doctor the next day.
Pros:

I had surgery. I don't know about any of it.

Cons:

Only problem I had was the toilet paper fell off the holder and per doctors orders, I couldn't get it off the floor.

Pros:

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I've ever seen. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't sit in the courtyard or check out the outdoor pool but they looked really nice. The room was on par with every other Hampton and the breakfast was the usual fare.

Customer service in service needed.
Pros:

I love staying at this Hotel,its close to the Veterans Hospital and its quiet and very clean.Great breakfast.

Cons:

I arrived around 530 pm and front desk female was not very friendly and was lacking in friendly customer service etiquette..

Great service, clean rooms, friendly staff, only problem was the lack of use of the pool
Pros:

Great to both but I did see some locals arriving for a free breakfast.

Cons:

The pool is not that big and should be reserved for guests only. There were whole families using the pool who were not staying there. During the storm, they fed their children sandwiches at the upstairs conversation table. They put a shoe in the door to hold it open because they did not have a key to come back inside. Because of the outside number of people using the pool, we were unable to use it.
