Rozczarowanie.
Cons:

Zarezerwowałem pokój Executive na 8. piętrze z widokiem na Dunaj i Parlament, płacąc około 460 € za jedną noc. W tej cenie oczekiwałem znacznie wyższego standardu od hotelu, który jest powszechnie uznawany za jeden z najlepszych w Budapeszcie.
Przede wszystkim pokój był znacznie mniejszy, niż się spodziewałem. Zgodnie z informacjami przedstawionymi na Państwa stronie internetowej, pokój ma mieć około 60 m². Jednak pokój Executive, który otrzymałem, był wyraźnie mniejszy – najprawdopodobniej około 20–30 m². Uważam to za wprowadzające w błąd i nieodzwierciedlające rzeczywistego standardu zakwaterowania.
Co więcej, ogólny stan pokoju był znacznie poniżej standardu, jakiego oczekiwałbym od marki Marriott. Po przyjeździe natychmiast zrobiłem zdjęcia, ponieważ poczułem się wprowadzony w błąd co do jakości pokoju. Wśród zauważonych problemów były:
uszkodzona i zużyta skórzana tapicerka łóżka, w tym widoczne odpryski i dziury,
porysowane, zabrudzone i uszkodzone ściany,
mocno porysowana podłoga,
widocznie zabrudzony syfon w łazience, który wyraźnie nie był dokładnie czyszczony od dłuższego czasu.

Best stay and great value in Budapest
Pros:

The executive lounge and breakfast were fantastic! Worth paying the additional charges great addition!

Cons:

Well, it was due to the weather. Some of the rooms were hard to keep cool.

Prachtige locatie, kamer met zicht op Donau (ervoor betaald), goed ontbijt, zachte bedden.

Cons:

Er ontbraken items in de kamer voor een 5 sterrenhotel, verouderdere badkamer en hoog bad met douche erin.
Voelde aan als een 4 sterrenhotel.

Fantastic hospitality, great stay.
Pros:

Loved the view of the river from all points in the room. Great staff who helped find great places to eat.

Cons:

Everything was great. Budapest was experiencing a record of all time heat wave and the hotel was very helpful.
Just didn’t realize that by booking through booking.com I couldn’t receive Bonvoy points.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

This has to be one of my favourite Marriott hotels. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the rooms are bright and aesthetically pleasing. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room consisted of a dining area, a living area, and a separate bedroom and a large bathroom.

Check-In was a little bit busy when we arrived but I believe they had a large party had just come in. The staff were so nice at this hotel. I believe we had Carlos check us in. I think that's his name, I think that's his name he was so helpful.

All the staff I experienced in this hotel went over and above to make our stay memorable.

The M. Lounge is probably the best executive lounge I have ever been in at a hotel. The staff who were working in there went over and above to help people and ensure they are happy. The food was amazing.

We also ate in the restaurant. We had the Chateaubriand which was cooked beautifully as were the vegetables when we had dinner. Breakfast was also a very well presented and varied buffet.

The location of this hotel is so Central and on the river bank.

The only negative I experienced on this trip Is that due to changes in government it appears some days have parties at the water side where the noise can be heard in river facing rooms.

I plan to return to this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for making my experience a pleasant one.

Marriott Budapest was the best!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Budapest Marriott Hotel. We would definitely stay there again. This bed is so comfortable, both my husband and I were wanting to know the mattress brand to purchase one for our home! Yes, it was that good! Christina, the gift shop owner was wonderful and so friendly, she helped me find a gift and some personal essential items nearby in the city. The cleaning staff was fabulous too! Our room was cleaned and gave us some extra goodies to enjoy after the long jet ride!

Best service ever !
Pros:

Great location alongside the Danube, fabulous rooftop terrace with magnificent view of the city. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff throughout my stay and the immaculate restrooms at all times of the day/night. I also enjoyed the lavish breakfast choices & buffet setup. Will come again with great pleasure !
