Awesome Experience at Marriott
Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in my 45+ years utilizing hotels for work and pleasure. M Club was exceptional with views of the river and delicious food and good selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

Roof top restaurant and bar had views of the river and surrounding buildings. The cocktails and wine were exceptional.

Fitness rooms were perfect and far better than most hotel gyms. They even had fitness classes such as biking and yoga.

I would return to Budapest Marriott on the Danube at anytime. Great service was also provided throughout the hotel.

Perfect location on the Pest side with spectacular views of Buda!
Pros:

The property was right on the Danube River and very close the famous Chain Bridge and Shoes on the Danube Memorial.

Friendly helpful staff
Pros:

This hotel overlooks the amazing view of the Danube. Rooms are large and immaculately clean and the breakfast is delicious featuring a large choice of Hungarian and international cuisine.
A special mention for Benjamin.. our wonderfully efficient and friendly desk concierge. His advice and help were much appreciated. Good service positively adds to a great hotel experience.

Pros:

Location is perfect, just center of all atractions.
Most places are in walking distance.
The view of or room was very nice looking to Buda side over Danube.
In general we liked and can come back.

Cons:

The room has everthing needed, but basic.
Bathroom was little small.
One elevator out of there was not working during our stay which caused long waiting.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel itself is very nice.

Cons:

We had some difficulties with getting the luggage delivered to our room. it took multiple attempts on our part to get it resolved. I actually had to go down to the front desk and ask if I could take the luggage myself.

The room cleaning is generally done quite late in the day (after 2:00/2:30pm). Our typical schedule is to be up and out the door by 8:30 AM and we usually return around 2-3 PM for a rest and to get ready for the evening. We stayed four nights and, given the lateness of housekeeping our room was not cleaned on any of the days we were there.
