Mucha necesidad de pintura y reforma. Ruido en las habitaciones. No se compadece las imágenes de las fotografías con el estado general del hotel, en general con estado de limpieza mediocre y con mucha falta, como mínimo, de pintura.

Le camere sono molto grandi e l'ascensore è presente. Anche i letti sono davvero grandi.

Il personale non era il massimo della simpatia, molto freddo e poco accogliente. Le camere sono piuttosto rumorose, in piena notte passano a lavare le strade e a raccogliere l'immondizia e si sente tutto. Inoltre, essendo un albergo economico (rispetto alla media), ci sono molti ragazzini che fanno confusione fino a tarda notte.

Ons verblijf in Sercotel Togumar was redelijk, maar het verouderde appartement, de beperkte keuken en het nachtlawaai ma

- Goede ligging in Madrid.
- Handig concept met een aparthotel voor een kort verblijf.
- Verblijf was in het algemeen oké voor een citytrip.

Cons:

- De keuken was erg beperkt ingericht, met te weinig materiaal om degelijk te koken.
- De haardroger in de badkamer werkte niet.
- ’s Nachts was er veel lawaai van de buren in het gebouw naast het hotel.
- Het ontbijt was matig en vrij beperkt.
- De inrichting van het aparthotel oogt verouderd en kan een opfrissing gebruiken.

Great visit
Pros:

Clean, staff great
Location we were worried about but it was totally fine, right beside a metro stop and into the centre (Sol) within 30 mins.
Would stay here again

Cons:

Shampoo and bathroom in general dated and could be better, shower would turn from burning hot to cold without touching it

Hotel cercano al metro de Prosperidad. Buen precio, ya que lo reservamos con poca antelación. Habitación grande con cocina, baño amplio con amenities.

Cons:

Contacté con el alojamiento al realizar la reserva para preguntar si era posible hacer el check in antes de la hora indicada, a lo cual me respondieron que si había habitaciones vacías sí. En la web seguían ofertando habitaciones similares a la nuestra que estaban libres tanto la noche anterior como para la noche que nos alojábamos, por lo que pensé que nos permitirían sin problema hacer el check in antes. Al entrar directamente nos dijeron que no era posible, sin tener en cuenta mi comunicación previa con el alojamiento.
