Happy to have got the opportunity to stay in hotel which meet the requirement of a Muslim traveler

Decent hotel and great value for money
Pros:

Great location. Huge rooms. Friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast was passable, good pastries etc but poor cooked breakfast
Tired rooms, but hotel undergoing an upgrade so likely will be much better in the future

It was a really nice, relaxing stay but could’ve definitely been much better and more comfortable.
Pros:

I really liked the setup of the room. The bed was nice and comfy. I really liked that there was a desk in the room. The hotel is close to everything.

The room service was exceptional and the portions was definitely worth it. Would order it everyday. The breakfast is still our favorite part and will always go back for that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the shower. It was a shower over a bath and the bath was so slippery I slipped a few times and could’ve gotten seriously hurt. The bath is curved at the bottom and not flat so you have no balance. Should seriously make all the rooms a walk in or just a flat shower.

What I also didn’t like was that the fridge was unplugged. Coming to a hotel the guest should not check if everything is on and working plus there were 3 appliances but only 2 plug outlets. As a result my breastmilk and baby food we had stored had gone off which was very upsetting and heartbroken.

Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん親切で感じがよく、安心して滞在ができました。持参したパックご飯をレンジで温めてくださったり、最終日の早朝出発の際には、朝食ボックスを提案してくださるなど、とても助かりました。朝食は種類が豊富で、どれもとてもおいしかったです。お部屋は少し古い感じはしましたが、広く、綺麗に清掃されており、気持ちよく滞在ができました。
ケープタウンに来ることがあれば、また泊まりたいと思います。
