Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Guests traveling with pets will be allocated rooms only on the designated pet friendly floor.

Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed.

A great hotel.
Pros:

Room size was excellent - could spread out a bit. Breakfast quality was superb. Having a coin operated guest laundry helped enormously.

Cons:

Rooms are a little noisy - I was surprised how much street noise intruded even though we were on the 27th floor.

Room: Very comfortable. Large and clean. Great view (city view). No-charged bottle(s) of water (one time).
Breakfast: Good quality. American-style buffet.
Mini-kitchen in a room: Microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hot water heater, small sink
Location: Centre of the city. Easy access to the port and the train station.
Staff: Very friendly.

Cons:

Not perfect with a shower in a bathroom.

we thoughly enjoyed our time in Vancouver
Pros:

The room had very comfortable beds.
It had a good size lounge area with a serviceable kitchen just off it.
It was a pleasure staying in that room

Cons:

Room was on the 20th floor, but occasionally the lifts were not working properly.

部屋の変更以外は、満足でした😊
Pros:

ダウンタウン近くで立地が良く、スタッフもフレンドリーでした

Cons:

部屋の天井から水漏れがして、５泊ゆっくりするはずが、2日目の夜に部屋の変更になり、広げた荷物をまた荷造りして変更になった。
交渉した結果、グレードアップしてくれたので、残りの滞在も快適でした…
