Pros:

Die Lage, sehr zentral zum Hakata Bahnhof

Cons:

-die Sauberkeit, es war leider sehr dreckig bzw. staubig
- das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise sehr abgerockt aus
- im Badezimmer hat es sehr stark nach Urin gerochen
- Probleme wurde nur bedingt ernst genommen und sich eher widerwillig drum gekümmert

整體住宿體驗舒適，地點便利，樓下即有咖啡廳、超商，大廳設計與氛圍很有質感，搭配宜人的香氛與圓形空間設計，讓人一進飯店就感受到放鬆與好心情，餐廳環境及房間整體也都不錯。房務細節、早餐CP值、服務溝通及清潔選項的便利性仍有提升空間。
Pros:

地點便利，樓下就有咖啡廳、family mart。絕佳大廳的設計、氛圍。進到飯店就有一陣非常舒適宜人的香味搭配圓形的設計進入飯店的感覺就是非常得好。餐廳的環境、房間大致的感覺也還不錯。

Cons:

1. 被子與被套容易分離
睡覺時被子容易在被套內跑位、分離，導致晚上常常不知道怎麼蓋，建議改善固定方式。
2. 早餐CP值偏低
早餐約3,000日圓，但選擇不算豐富，現做料理也少。尤其現煎牛排明明是熱門品項，卻採少量配給，即使現場排隊也未即時增加供應。以這個價格來說，早餐體驗仍有提升空間。
3. 服務溝通較難加分
服務人員英語能力有限，雖有AI或溝通素材輔助，但實際溝通仍不夠直接。態度並沒有不好，只是整體服務較為平淡，缺乏讓人感受到被照顧的細節。
4. 房務清潔選項不易找到
一直找不到房間內可掛在門上的清潔選擇牌，無法清楚選擇「完整清潔」、「僅收垃圾及換毛巾」或「不需清潔」。建議將相關標示放在明顯位置，方便旅客依需求選擇
