Cons:

had to pay extra for the 2 person room even though we didn't include breakfast. Other hotel in Tokyo did not charge more for the other person.

宿泊前にリクエストを送りましたら、丁寧なお返事をいただきました。可能な限りでお応えいただけたと感じております。
部屋は清潔でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。

ロビーにある本棚から好きな本を借りられるので、部屋で読書をしながらゆっくり過ごせた。

チェックイン時に、クレンジングミルクとオールインワンクリームを必要に応じていただくことができ、助かりました。
また、大きなスーツケースがありましたが、フロントに預ける形ではなく、スーツケース用のクロークがあり、鍵とチェーンのようなものが棚についていて、各自でスーツケースを固定し、好きな時間に出入りし使えるようになっていて、便利だった。

朝食も充実していて、ステーキが美味しかった。
また、食後のスイーツとしてアフタヌーンティースタンドに盛り付けられたスイーツから好きなものを選べました。スコーンもあり、朝からアフタヌーンティーの気分を味わえます。
カフェが併設されているので、コーヒーがとても美味しかった。

Cons:

ロビーにある本棚の本をかりましたが、少しベタベタしていました。
返却された本は拭いた（水拭き後に乾拭き）ほうがようのでは？と思いました。

入ってすぐすでにホテルが綺麗でテンションが上がった
