Cons:

Considero que el servicio de alimentos es uno de los aspectos que el hotel podría mejorar bastante. Para la categoría y el nivel de lujo que maneja, la experiencia deja mucho que desear, especialmente en el desayuno.

El desayuno incluido es continental y únicamente ofrece café, pan y fruta. Sinceramente, he encontrado desayunos mucho más completos y variados en hoteles de menor categoría, como One o Holiday Inn Express.

Además, para acceder al buffet es necesario pagar $300 pesos adicionales, y lamentablemente la variedad y calidad tampoco cumplen con las expectativas.

Creo que sería excelente que el hotel reconsiderara su propuesta gastronómica, especialmente en los desayunos, para que esté a la altura de sus instalaciones y del servicio que busca ofrecer. Es un detalle que podría mejorar muchísimo la experiencia de sus huéspedes.

Que me hubiera gustado el desayuno de bienvenida sobre todo porque mi padre de 85 años bajo a desayunar y le negaron el desayuno ... obvio lo pague hasta que baje con mi mamá que tiene una visión débil....yo había leído que tendría desayuno ...Eso fue mu inconveniente .
