Customer service
Breakfast was good, but more variety was needed.
Convenient hotel directly off highway. They met all our needs, nice spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
Great experience. The lady at the front (Kima?) made my day sunshine! The washroom is less than 100 sqft made my family feel not comfortable. The location is perfect for my Geodis Parik Liverpool game visit!
Friendly and attentive staff. Accommodating lobby for groups. Great location.

Book your room at this hotel if you want a perfect stay. My second visit was as great as my first. The team makes your entire stay seamless. Christopher at the front desk gave me a top floor room with a view. He checked on me throughout my stay. Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked with fresh towels and coffee. You will love the location because a Target sits right across the street. Pick this property for your next trip to town.
Breakfast was good, room was great space except for bathroom...very small and tight.
Water in shower took forever to warm and hardly any stream of water in sink at night.
Great location and very clean

All staff were super nice and helpful! Our room was clean and as pictured! Would book again!
It was a very pleasant experience. Chris was so nice. The room was spacious. I was able to bring my dog. Everything went so well. All of the staff were great.
Room was great, hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, rate was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better.
Unknowingly I was charged $50 for the night for a small dog. I can understand an extra security deposit but there should hot have been a fee for the dog. Not at all happy. Also there was a bottle of water sitting on a sink counter. I assumed this was complimentary. I was charged $5 for a bottle of water. Price gouging. There also was no microwave as described. I will not be back.
The room had a terrible stench smell like something got spilled in the couch or nearby in the carpet
Breakfast was ok.
It seems like I have been at better cleaner nicer locations
Nice place with a great staff. Exceptional service by Christopher at the front desk who will made sure our stay was outstanding.
Rooms are spacious. Staff like Bailey and Kima (if I remembered correctly) are very accommodating and kind.
I originally booked this hotel months in advance for a two-night stay, but we later had to change it to one night. When we made that change, the rate increased by about $100 more per night than what we had originally booked. I understand hotel pricing can fluctuate, but that was still a significant increase.
At check-in, the front desk associate was genuinely kind and helpful—she was honestly the best part of the stay. While we were waiting for our room for early check-in, the manager spoke to her very unprofessionally in front of guests, even calling her a liar and telling her she could “learn something if she listened to him.” It was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness that kind of interaction.
The breakfast was pretty good.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the luggage rack was broken, and the curtains were stained and did not fully close, which allowed a bright streetlight to shine directly into the room at night. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the pull-out sofa mattress was old and not clean.
The elevator was also concerning, as it appeared to be missing a button and the control panel did not look safe. Overall, the property feels like it needs updating and refreshing throughout.
Overall, for nearly $300, the stay did not feel worth the price. The only positive experience was the kindness of the front desk associate during check-in.
