Location was ok.
Sheets were molded and shower had low pressure water at night.
Desayuno
It was a nice hotel with good breakfast.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable.
Absolutely beautiful rooms and the bar attendant named Chris took excellent care of our party of 6. Showers and rooms were clean, I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a place!
Thank you Chris for making our night fun!
We have nothing but great and positive things to say about our 4 night visit during Mother's day weekend. Every aspect of this hotel gets an Excellent rating! Chris at the front desk was very very kind, helpful, and professional. We will stay at the Hyatt Place again on our next trip to Nashville!
The breakfast was great!! The eggs didn’t taste like they came from a bag! The potato bites weren’t hard and under cooked like most hotels! The staff was so friendly!
Paying for parking after already paying for the room!
This is one of those hotels where you open your room door and immediately know you made a good choice.
The room is quite spacious, there’s lots of counter space (with a bar sink!) as well as ample storage in the form of drawers, cubbies etc. It also has a large, almost walk-in closet which seems a little unnecessary, but I don’t think anyone will complain.
The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom in the main room, which I personally hate, but I know this is common in many hotels now, so I won’t hold that against them.
The pull-out couch isn’t great, but it’s adequate and is better than those in many other hotels in my experience.
Praise should also be given to the staff, or at least the front desk attendant. He was super friendly, very welcoming, and more than happy to tend to our needs.
Dirty, old, and damaged. There are stains everywhere all over the sofa. It just feels dark and gross. The staff is polite but ultimately unhelpful. This place is not worth the money they charge.
Great front desk staff! Made suggestions on where to eat, explore, etc. Check in/out process was seamless and easy. Breakfast was great!
Not much of anything
Beds were too small, bathroom was so small you couldn't shut the door to even use the commode, hit your hands on the ceiling taking your shirt off to take a shower, very poor water pressure, charged me another 90 dollars for parking etc,the lady working mornings was very rude, short talking, overall not a place to stay
Hyatt should take their name off the building.
Had to change rooms because the lights in our room stopped working.
Facility showing its age. Worn and stained carpets. We found a live roach in our room.
