المكان رائع وقريب من جميع الخدمات - يوجد 7 eleven قريب البوابه - توجد حديقة صغيره مقابل الفندق مباشرة يمكن للاطفال اللعب فيها - غرف نظيفه وواسعه - طاقم ودود ورائع - توجد عدة مطاعم قريبه من الفندق وشارع فيه الكثير من الخدمات يبعد 5 دقائق مشي على الاقدام

Exceptional hotel with amazing views from the high floors. Exceptional breakfast and staff. The only small negative was that it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the nearest metro station.

We hadden gehoopt te kunnen zwemmen met onze dochter van 11. Helaas stond op booking niet dat dit pas kan vanaf 18. Dat is verder een kleinigheid.
Hospitality of the hotel team were top notch.
All our needs were well looked after.
Breakfast spread was the same throughout our 5 night stay. Expected a little variety.
The staff were very friendly
The reception and bar area were nice. View from room was good.
The staff was excellent and the shuttle bus was particularly wonderful for ease of travel. The garden was a lovely feature and beautiful break from a concrete jungle. The location of the property is excellent to convenience stores, shopping and safe.
The lobby is beautiful and so are the restaurants. An impressive entry to a good property.
Toilets for Japan have more features and this was a very stripped down version, not having even a seat warmer was disappointing.
A general note for the Westin across Canada and the US please stop hoarding the lavender roll ons on your properties it’s a nice perk of the property share it with paying guests.
Certaines chambres ont été rénovées mais aucune salle de bain n’a été rénovée. Les salles de bain sont d’un niveau 3 étoiles vétuste et les chambres d’une qualité 4 étoiles. Le Hall d’entrée/ Salon est désuet également, ne semble pas avoir été rénové depuis très longtemps, à l’instar des ascenseurs. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas non plus à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles . Beaucoup de « fritures » et peu de produits frais.
The staff was very helpful and attentive to any of our questions and requests. The hotel has a shuttle that leaves you near one of the express buses to the airport.
The hotel felt like it was from the early 2000' or even older. I expected a more modern look hotel.
Big room. Very comfortable.
Transfer bus not operate after 9pm.
