Excellent service and comfort
Pros:

The room is large enough for additional bed. The breakfast is very good with local japanese variety.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from the Osaka train station. 15 mins walking. Although complimentary shuttle is provided, it starts too late at 10am on weekdays.

Pros:

グラングリーンと空中庭園が近くにありとても大阪駅近くとは思えない程癒される空間にあるホテル。ホテル内も閑静な雰囲気でとても良かった。落ち着いた雰囲気のある部屋でベットも広くて満足した。

Cons:

特にないが強いて言えば、グラングリーンが眺望できる部屋ならもっと良かったと思う。

Served as a base for Osaka travel, great room.
Pros:

The room was great - pretty big compared with others on the trip. We didn’t find the staff as welcoming as other places but they weren’t rude or anything just less engaging. The shuttle to Osaka station is handy otherwise you generally have to walk there or to Umeda to link in with any other travel. Perfect for visiting the Umeda sky building but a bit of a walk for anything else.

Was really nice and relaxing 1 night stay before a red eye flight back to Australia.
Pros:

It was in a quiet area of Osaka. You can get the train into the crazy part if that’s your vibe. There is a shopping centre nearby which is a 5min walk and has my favorite shop ZARA. Below Zara is a food market hall which is great. Opposite the hotel was 7/11 for snacks etc. so handy. Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows.

Cons:

Kids can’t use the gym and the pool is extra. This is common in Japan though. I could hear some whooshing of the elevator but no one else I was traveling with noticed. We had a room near the lift. The room was big and dark and I really loved it.

Perfect for a visit to Osaka
Pros:

Great location, 5-7 min walk from Osaka station. Being next to the Umeda Sky Building was a bonus! Very clean, and modern. 7-11 less than 2 min walk.
