Fine, not great. Location was fair.
Pros:

It was very attractive and comfortable

Cons:

It wasn’t near anything by foot , the shuttle to the train station was convenient but the hours were limited, there was no place for a casual meal.

The maintenance of the rooms and toilets were not up to standard.

Breakfast area was too crowded and very busy.

Really nice hotel for a stay in Osaka
Pros:

The Westin has been a trusted name for a while which helped us decide to stay there. The room was comfortable and a very good size and the staff were great. If you’re after some old fashioned service and luxury, you could do far worse than the Westin. And being right next door to the Umeda Sky Building isn’t bad either!

Cons:

Only thing is the location as it’s a good 15 minute walk from Osaka station but given the hotel bus that operates between the hotel and the station it’s not too bad.

Excellent Hotel - would recommend
Pros:

- Big spacious room and bathroom
- Excellent view next to the Umeda Sky Building
- Staff very friendly and helpful
- Lot of choices for breakfast

Cons:

Would be nice to have airport shuttle so didn’t have to carry suitcase. Hotel did have shuttle bus to Osaka station then it was about 10-15minutes walk to the bus station. Hotel staff and bus driver helped to load and unload our luggage which was super helpful.
