I will never return
Pros:

Nothing. Bathroom lights did not work. Cable tv did not work. Trash on the bed when I got in the room. I will not go back.

Rude AF *fake management*
Pros:

Beds were comfy as were the pillows.

Cons:

The AC stopped working went to the desk and stood there for 20 minutes with no help! Went back to the room me n my 5 year old daughter n husband suffered from the warmth all night. People were standing around outside all hours of the night, the TV wouldn't work at all, all night. I went to speak to management the next day and the lady who claimed she was a manager basically called me a liar. She asked me if I came back to the desk and I said why would I come back and stand around for no one to be there ? The lady was rude and condescending. And said well you had the chance to come back and I have no way of verifying you coming to the desk. I told her to check her cameras and she continued to be rude and disrespectful. I asked her to contact her GM and she refused and refused to give me their contact information. I understand this isn't a 5 star hotel but I don't believe I should be spoken to the way I was spoken to by the cc manager or whatever she is. I also asked for some time of compensation and the lady refused stating without her GM she wasn't able to provide compensation! I am absolutely disgusted. I would have stayed again but absolutely not after how I was spoken to.

Clean and affordable, but very poor customer service
Pros:

The place was clean and a good value for the price.

Cons:

There was a very rude staff member working this morning. He was extremely disrespectful and yelled at me as if I were staying in his own home rather than being a paying guest. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was an older man with gray hair. This was by far the worst part of my stay

It was quiet. Good location.

Cons:

It didn't look like the pictures on the website. It was very run down and outdated. Some fresh paint but other areas not painted and patched. Wall paper coming off walls. Couldn't get fresh towels or wash cloths. Had to move to another room due to the TV not working. Bad wifi connection. Stains on walls, floors. When I opened the microwave it smelled of burnt coffee. No molding under the door and we had a bad storm come through and the carpet got wet. I would not stay here again. I wished I asked for a refund.

Cons:

Very outdated celling mold all over it mirror over bed no way!! Mold around shower!! Needs a complete remodel and clean paint get mold out so your guest feel safe and healthy!! Not a healthy investment!!!!

Cons:

The place with filthy, the smoke alarm’s battery went out and blasted in the night, they put laminated flooring right over top of dirty carpet. This place is a dump.

We won’t be back, but the people were friendly.

The people were friendly, slept well there and it was close the restaurants and Walmart

Not really a lot, but was all we could find for the wedding

Cons:

Staff was good, both keys did not work day 2, bathroom was disgusting, seemed like long term low income residents all over, some staring at us with their doors open. 9 channels on TV, stains on sheets.
