Common areas - the lobby and commercial areas were very nice - restaurant looked nice.
Front desk was helpful. Air conditioning was good - responsive and not too forceful or chilled.
Housekeeping was a bit lacking - stains on carpet (of the *2* rooms we saw); lighting is abysmal (don't plan on working unless on a screen!); nice side mirror nearly fell off in my hands - and was hiding a nasty black stain; and the first room we saw was OVERWHELMED with perfume - such that we had to wash the clothes we stood there for 5 minutes in!!! We were charged for $30 breakfast (due to having to arrive at our appointments in fasting state) even though I sent email prior (to so-called manager? no response) AND mentioned to front desk w ho said "Ok no problem"). Only noticed when hubby checked his credit card!
Phone call result "no one is in who can help due to holiday weekend (this was a WEDnesday).
So no, we probably won't stay there again.

This location is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and glad to help. I really have no complaints.
The only issue is that booking.com didn't say cats aren't allowed and it says that there's a pullout couch, but there isn't.

The breakfast and service at the Westin Mount Laurel was really spectacular. Mathew my server did an outstanding job truly appreciate great service.
I stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past year for various business meetings.
The restaurant in the hotel has great food and the waiters are very friendly . Of course the hotel has the signature Westin scent when you walk in that smells so good.
Comfortable beds. I normally like to stay in higher floors but at this hotel the higher the floor the worse the water pressure is for your shower. Love the lavender oil that is left bedside.
Parking is a bit strange - you park behind the hotel and go in a door that looks like an employee door. The front of the hotel does not have a parking lot. Overall a solid hotel for a decent price if you need to stay in the area.

Desiree was amazing!! She was very kind and welcoming. My son was upset early into a wedding for our family and she helped to get him some water and settle him. We appreciated her kindness!
