The breakfast and service at the Westin Mount Laurel was really spectacular. Mathew my server did an outstanding job truly appreciate great service.
I stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past year for various business meetings.
The restaurant in the hotel has great food and the waiters are very friendly . Of course the hotel has the signature Westin scent when you walk in that smells so good.
Comfortable beds. I normally like to stay in higher floors but at this hotel the higher the floor the worse the water pressure is for your shower. Love the lavender oil that is left bedside.
Parking is a bit strange - you park behind the hotel and go in a door that looks like an employee door. The front of the hotel does not have a parking lot. Overall a solid hotel for a decent price if you need to stay in the area.
Bernadette and Desiree were amazing!! They are the best! Food was amazing!

Desiree was amazing!! She was very kind and welcoming. My son was upset early into a wedding for our family and she helped to get him some water and settle him. We appreciated her kindness!

Was there for a business function. Part of the function had an open bar, in which Missy was our bartender. She was absolutely phenomenal! Friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond for every guest she helped. For the food and beverage management, please find a way to reward and recognize Missy for her hard work. She more than deserves it!
Missy, Bernadette, and Abnoub were great hosts. I’m a very high position in a hiring company and know where quality shines. Very hard to find hard working dedicated talent like them.
There was nothing to drink other than water and coffee
I came to the Westin for an AKA luncheon and the service was very good Alanoub was very good and attentive to our table. The only thing I wish they had was additional beverage options. They only offered water, hot tea, and coffee, I had to go to the bar to get something else to drink. Other than that all was good!
Abanoub did great! Really grateful, deserves a raise!!!!
