Staff friendly and helpful hotel clean

Cons:

Old decor outdated for other hotels at that price point. We stay there every year in October for a Martial Arts Summit and have enjoyed things so far. This trip was to see the Dodgers and Phillies play their series for a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday games. We were further away from the facility but are very familiar with the hotel and surrounding area so we decided to stay again, a bit of loyalty shown.. The accommodations are just a bit dated and we struggled to make the breakfast schedule additionally the hours of operation for the bar and restaurant are a bit inconvenient. They are closed much more than they are opened, as a quest, if you spend money for amenity's such as bar and restaurant, make them more accessible to your quest the large window between breakfast ending and lunch beginning then again a break between lunch and dinner service and then closing relatively early during the week is all too much down time! I was turned away more than I was served!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin at Maunt Laurel, NJ and our experience was largely defined by the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant: Gigi, Sherry and Matthew and at the front desk: Angelina. Shoutout to these 4 staff members. And to the bartenders.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who ensured our check-in process was smooth and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to provide information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions set a positive tone for our stay. We appreciated their attentiveness and the personalized recommendations they offered, which made us feel valued as guests.
Breakfast and lunch was accompanied by a level of service that demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. Our servers were attentive and pending on every detail. We will go back!

Absolutely wonderful experience!
Pros:

I just spent two weekends in a row working with my company event at Westin Mount Laurel, and I can honestly say that the staff and service there are EXCEPTIONAL! We held our event in the ballroom and the Banquets and Food & Beverage team is really amazing…catering flawlessly to all of our needs the entire time. In my 3 years doing hotel events around the country, this hotel has been the best! Big thanks to Amir, Ramy, Abanoub, Jeff and the rest of the hotel staff for helping to make our stay and event so comfortable, accommodating and successful. Will definitely book with them again in the future!

Very nice hotel. Used to stay in the Westin in Chicago for work a lot. Very upscale hotel. Great vibes.

We catered a dinner at the Westin and the food, location, and service were all exceptional. We will definitely be back to do more there.
The young man, Abanoub, and all servers and managers, Amier and others were very hospitable!!
