COMPLETAMENTE PERFECTO
Pros:

Lógicamente lo reservé por la cercanía al evento que tenía.
Pero me gustó muchísimo la atención del personal de recepción, y también del personal de limpieza, así que feliciten a ambas partes de su empresa porque se lo merecen.
El hotel está haciendo obras y ni siquiera se notó absolutamente en nada , todo limpio, todo organizado.

Chasco y desilusión a un precio muy caro

La ubicación por el evento al que acudía que se celebraba al lado.

Cons:

Otros años en esta época la piscina ya estaba abierta, y resulta que están en obras y nos estaban disponibles ¿todo un año para hacer la reforma y aún no la tienen?
Luego la presión del agua muy pobre para darse una ducha en condiciones. Estábamos en la planta 5.
Y a todo esto, más de 200€ por una noche.

Estancia muy buena pero …
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien en general.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba roto y tuvimos que llamar 3 veces para que vinieras q solucionarlo.
Con el calor que hacía ya en Madrid , la piscina estaba en obras y no avisaron.
Para lo que costó el hotel deberían solucionar esos problemas cuando llega el calor.
