Heel moderne ruime kamer. Prima bed.
Uitgebreid ontbijt
De receptie medewerkster gaf niet voldoende info over de parkeersituatie.
Ook moest ik een voorschot betalen van €200.- en werd het creditcard nummer gevraagd. Vind ik dubbelop. Daarbij komt dat de kamerkaart niet correspondeerde met de aangegeven kamer.
Dus kregen we een andere kamer op een andere etage. Wel vervelend!

Great rooms, clean and nice bathroom. Personnel is great - really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is super, close to the public transportation (only few meters from train station, tram and busses). Breakfasts were nice, enough to choose from.
The beds were on the firm side. And the iron, which I borrowed from reception, couldn’t be used because the part you iron with was too dirty.

Tout était parfait sauf le personnel du petit déjeuner.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner était peu souriant, peu aimable et peu arrangeant. Nous avions simplement demandé à être à une table dans un coin car nous avons 2 enfants en bas âge et ne voulions déranger personne. Résultats nous avons investi nous même une table loin libre car la personne voulait nous mettre à côté de personnes âgés.
