Cleanliness

Mal olor un mueble cama muy viejo, probablemente por la remodelacion que supongo que es lo que estan haciendo, pero eso no es una excusa para tratar de tener algo mejor para ofrecer por el precio que cobran

The carpet was dirty. Too many stains. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hotel is under renovation so hopefully they will have to do the rooms as well.

Los baños

We booked a king size bed with a pull out sofa, when we arrived the rooms no longer had pull out sofas, the person at the front desk said there was nothing they could do and sent me to Walmart for an air mattress. They refused to compensate me in anyway for having a less bed than we booked and the fact that i had to go out and buy an air mattress, sheets, and pillows . The manager refused to talk to me directly and was not on site. Our room keys constantly didnt work which was done purposely the side exterior doors never locked despite the signs saying they did and there was homeless people outside and people on drugs. The room seemed thrown together due to being under renovations. There was no chairs to sit in or the pullout sofa despite being what we booked. We could also hear everything going on in the conjoining room

El desayuno muy pobre lo dan en un cuarto de dos por dos debido a la remodelación. Los aires no funcionan en las habitaciones y las camas viejísimas es hora que las cambien también. Pedí si me hacían un descuento y me dijeron que no. Le pedí si me lo daban al menos por ser Member Reward tampoco !

Room smelled like cigarettes..rooms are outdated. Blinds and curtains needed to be changed. Walls were not that good..stained..Doors and walls were chipped and outdated.

I did not try the breakfast. The building smelled so musty and dirty that I wasn't comfortable eating the food. The location was perfect.
While the staff were very kind, they were not very helpful: the toilet in our room was broken the whole time and it took about 12 hours to get someone to come look at it the first time, and then it wasn't fixed. The room smelled sweaty and musty, and the hallways smelled like marijuana.
The elevator door never closed at an appropriate time; it always waited maybe 10 seconds or more longer than any normal elevator would. Then it shook and made sketchy noises the whole ride.

The heat did not work I actually had to fix it myself

Power outlets were too big to accept plugs.
Phone did not work
Second floor smelled like weed
Toilet ran the entire time of my stay
No exercise room
Had to be moved to a different room because I was getting a contact high in the room I was in
Staff said they would fix the filter but did nothing despite asking twice. It was only after the third ask did they said they could not fix. No compensation was offered.

Received a star down from what I believe was management when I entered the hotel

The on-going construction work. The carpet in the room had dirty patched and the shower curtain had some mold spots.

The furniture was stained and torn, paint was peeling off the ceiling, the bathroom was full of mold and we complained 3 times about the Marijuana being smoked around our room was so bad we tried stuffing towels around the door and finally checked out after 2nd night but they charged us for all 4 nights. Worst accommodations ever.
