Hotel Victoria

Great hotel in the best location for sightseeing. Most places are within walking distance as are a good selection of eating places. Hotel very clean, staff lovely and most helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel which is very well positioned in Yonge Street. Hotel is walking distance to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, and CN Tower. A subway is nearby (Line 1) which is very handy. Hotel staff are excellent they are very friendly and professional in their dealings. Special shout out to Dinesh who assisted in a personal request ref the tea provided by the Hotel, which was lovely. Room was cleaned daily. I had a very enjoyable stay and if I’m ever back in Toronto I will certainly stay again. An excellent Hotel and certainly value for money compared to others.

The Hotel does not provide laundry service on site however after an earlier review on a different platform the Hotel did clarify that the service is provided by a third party. Good to know as a staff member had earlier told me there was none.

Will definitely use again if I return to Toronto.

Nice hotel located close to Union Station, Subway and Streetcars. Eaton Centre, bars and restaurants nearby. Dinesh and the Housekeeping Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Great location to access transport, sights and shopping.

Got a deal. Room was quite small but clean. There was a small window that didn’t open. No safe in room.
It was quieter than I expected.
Staff was friendly and adequate.
Fantastic location for downtown events and transit.
Overall I would stay again if I got a deal and didn’t plan on staying in the room much.

Amazing friendly staff that couldn't be more helpful and sympathetic to my situation. As I booked this one while I was already in Toronto after finding out the one I originally booked was extremely unsafe.

We were shocked when our taxi dropped us off. The first impression was rundown. We checked in and immediately checked out. It was nothing like the posted pictures online or the reviews.

The room was extremely small and very moist. The window is locked shut and the view was garbage everywhere.

The front desk didn’t even try to keep us as guests!

We didn’t feel safe at all!

Had a memorable experience small charm boutique hotel nestled in downtown Toronto with warm lovely vibes with century old design and feels like walking in to old century feeling. Warm hospitality from the team. Thank you

Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms

Great location, very kind staff

The Victoria Hotel is a character hotel which offers comfortable, well - appointed rooms. The service is very good and the staff very friendly and amenable. However, be aware that a hotel called the Victoria House Hotel is listed in various booking sites; this hotel does not exist and is in fact the Victoria Hotel. I have paid money for a room at the V H H, but on arrival at the Victoria Hotel they have no record of this booking. The staff at the V H have advised me that this has happened before. I have escalated this matter and complained to the travel platform involved. My bank has been asked to investigate this transaction.
