Pros:

Everything is in walking distance. Hotel guests get 5% discount on parking in the garage of the commercial center on the corner 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Great stay!!
Pros:

Loved it!! The “view” unfortunately wasn’t the best in our room with some workers just out there but the room was perfect! Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed and all the amenities needed.. staff at the reception was friendly and the location was great, central and quite close to the train station where you can take the train to the airport I think 10 min or under.. I definitely recommend this hotel..

Beautiful Gem in Downtown Toronto
Pros:

The downtown location is within 10 minutes' walk from Union Station, the neighborhood is great. There is a huge shopping mall minutes away, and many restaurants to enjoy. The room was small, but clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was uniformly welcoming, helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a perfect location.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel itself is tired. There doesn't appear to be any security cameras. You don't need an access card to use the elevators. There is only one desk clerk so should you arrive when the clerk is on a break you have to wait until the break is over to check in. The shower did not work. Maintenance was non responsive when I let them know. It was never fixed in the five days that I stayed there and I was never offered another room.

Just ok
Pros:

The hotel was fine but I probably wouldn't return. The room was dated and looked right onto a building site across the road.
It also was not big enough for our family and we were charged extra for a put up bed, which we had not been warned about in advance.

Pros:

De locatie is perfect, in het centrum van Toronto. Alles is op wandel afstand of via een korte Uber rit.
De foto's van de kamers op de website van het hotel zien er iet wat beter uit dan in werkelijkheid. De airco werkte prima, ondanks het extreem warme weer in Toronto.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Parkeren is mogelijk om de hoek, maar is duur. Voor een dag/nacht betaal je 47 CAD.

Good location
Pros:

Nice stay - clean room, nice staff and great location. Great people watching from the lobby windows (Yonge Street) with beverages. Easy access from Union station, close to all things downtown.

Pros:

Locatie is top. De bedden lagen goed en de kamer was erg schoon.

Cons:

De douche was niet zo fijn, weinig waterdruk en we misten een losse douchekop. Ook moest je douchen in het bad.
Verder wat last gehad van geluid van de straat en de airco. Ook was het licht op de kamer, doordat de screens niet goed aansloten en de gordijnen niet dicht konden.

First class stay, will definitely be back!
Pros:

Excellent check in staff, very professional and hospitable. They let us keep our room on for an extra hour at no extra charge because our flight wasn’t until later in the evening. Spotless rooms, comfy beds and couldn’t ask for a better location. Ice cold a/c helped with the hot summer weather

Cons:

Nothing at all, everything was brilliant from start to finish.
