Pros:

Nice boutique hotel with a great location 10 minute walk from union Station. Friendly staff, quick elevators and clean spacious rooms

Cons:

Room was a bit noisy due to the incredible location. Construction across the street.
Streaming television channels in room froze up about every 2 minutes.

Great hotel, great location. Could be made much better with a more comfortable and quiet bed.
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness and the value are excellent. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

The biggest issue for us was the bed: it was very uncomfortable and very noisy (both the springs and the mattress cover). So much so that this would be a reason for us not to come which, which is a shame because otherwise it’s a great hotel. It actually felt like a roll-in bed rather than a proper bed.

Very comfortable bed in a great location.
Pros:

I adore the instagrammable lobby and love the vibe. The bed was the perfect firmness and was super comfortable. I appreciated that the room was quiet and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious, as always.

Cons:

I know the hotel is vintage, but with a pedestal bathroom sink there just isn't enough room to hold things and having a hook for a hand towel close by would be a lovely upgrade.

Great location, staff and breakfast
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. I had issues with my flight on arrival and they were kind, understanding and accommodating. They also allowed me to have a late checkout to account for the fact that I arrived at 3am. The breakfast is also great.

Nice friendly hotel
Pros:

A good location and the hotel itself was clean, friendly staff, nice size rooms and delivered an excellent breakfast. The eggs benedict was really nice.

Cons:

Very minor issue, maybe a few more coat hangers would be useful in the rooms.

Hotel location is very good

Location is walking distance to groceries, shopping center, CN tower, ripley aquarium, museum, mosque, jumah prayer hall, halal restaurant, gift shop, Lawrence market, subway station, consulate general office, bank, etc.

Cons:
