I have stayed here a number of times over the past couple of years, 4 times this year and it's just getting worse and worse - this will be my last time. The rooms are tired (cracked basin, shower head that won't stay upright, curtains only partly on their track) and breakfast is so crowded it's impossible to get a table, hopeless lifts, but t's the horrible front desk experience that has been the last straw. Very long waits for no apparent reason, inefficient check-in process (even if youve already done it online) and staff who are incredibly slow and almost, though not quite, rude. Tallinn is a beautiful city with many hotels of all standards - there's absoutely no reason to stay here.

Geras matinimas, didelis pasirinkimas.
Kondicionierius praktiškai neveikia. Centrinis valdymas. Tad kambariuose labai trūksta oro.
Huone oli kiva ja henkilökunta mukava!
Ainut miinus että huoneesta ei löytynyt esim minibaaris ja kylpyammetta, vaikka kuvauksessa niin luki.

Parfait, les prestations sont haut de gamme, chambre confortable il ne manque rien la piscine et le sauna au dernier étage,quelle merveille,je conseille vivement.

Heerlijk hotel, ligging goed, ongeveer 15min lopen van oude centrum en in buurt v busstation station etc. Taxi naar vliegveld was 23€ hotel heeft sauna, zwembad met bubbels etc. Heerlijk tot rust komen! Ook mn hulphond was welkom!
Eigenlijk niks, missch dat hotel vol eas toen we wilden bijboeken en daarom vertrokken. Komen zeker terug!

Lovely big room, great view, great variety for breakfast, excellent heated pool , ice machine outside door. Reasonable restaurant.
