Zentrale Lage, Fitnessstudio, Pool und Sauna.
Alles funktional, aber in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstück war reichhaltig, Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Toller Blick auf die Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Hotel könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.
Das Rührei beim Frühstück war angerührtes Instant-Ei und hat nicht zum Rest der Qualität des Buffets gepasst.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Se oli aseteltu siististi, makumaailmat oli hyvin mietityt ja ensiluokkaiset. Keittiöhenkilökunta kierteli valppaana alueella. Tuli tunne, että he tekivät kaikkensa asiakkaiden viihtyvyydeksi. Palvelu oli kaikin puolin luontevaa ja tunnelma välitön, aito. Receptionissa meitä palveltiin erittäin ammattitaitoisesti ja ystävällisesti (silmälasipäinen miesoletettu tullessa ja lähtiessä, silmälasipäinen tummatukkainen naisoletettu lähtiessä).

Cons:

Kylpyläalueen henkilökunnan palvelu oli harjoittelijatasoista (yhtä henkilöä lukuunottamatta, tumma luonnonkiharatukkainen naisoletettu). Tämän tasoisessa hotellissa henkilökunnan tulee olla se ensimmäinen, joka katsoo asiakasta silmiin ja tervehtiä reippaasti. Nyt näin ei kaikkien kohdalla valitettavasti ollut.
