The hotel is in a great location for the train station, shopping centre and bars and restaurants.
There wasn't much to say I didn't like anything.
Location was great. We have stayed a number of times and knew rooms are spacious and well maintained. Reception staff were fabulous, checked if there was an occasion for our stay and presented my sister with a lovely gift bag with Prosecco and crisps, lovely touch.
We were woken at 8am with housekeeping banging on the door. When we answered they asked how many nights we were staying! Which they could have checked themselves. Breakfast also we went at 10am and the person who greeted us said ‘we close at 10:30’ we were aware weekdays breakfast was ‘served’ till 10:30 but they could t wait to tidy up and we were taken to a small table as they were setting up for lunch in other tables. Not had this experience before here so was disappointed we were made to feel like an inconvenience. To note there were about 8 tables still eating and a number of guests arrived after us, possibly thinking the weekend breakfast serve times were until 11pm. Another member of staff who possibly overheard us saying we were t happy with the greeting we got, told us to take our time and asked if we wanted more coffee before they closed the machine this was I hasten to add at 10:35! Beds were really hard.
Perfect for a weekend break, location spot on and immaculately clean.
Nothing to dislike!
Location, ambience and Welcome second to none
Nothing not to like

Great location
Everything
The location was excellent. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately the view from the window was a brick wall. I found the mattress too hard to sleep comfortably and there was quite a lot of street noise during the night.
Excellent
Water in the rooms
