Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Tasty but small buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Comfortable beds. Overall a nice hotel and was decent value on a Saturday night.

Overall a great trip away
Pros:

It was ok . like all self service restaurants the hot food does not stand the test of time.The executive room was great and the manager extremely helpful to me personally

Would come again and recommend to friends.
Pros:

Clean. Very central. Walking distance to the train station. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Arrived early and was able to check into my room.

Cons:

At breakfast we had to keep asking for things that had run out eg spoons, bowls but this did not ruin breakfast just a minor inconvenience.

Absolutely fantastic! Great hotel, wonderful staff who cannot do enough to help you.
Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms with view over the square. Minutes walk away to city centre shops, train station, buses etc.
Lovely breakfast with choices of full cooked English, buffet style, Vanishes, fruits, cold cuts, tea, coffee, juice etc. Gino De Campo restaurant, parking nearby. Would definitely recommend. Also had a gym, steam room and Sauna
Whether you are a single traveller, couple, or family, suitable for every need, be it business or pleasure. 10/10!

good stay- need to adjust parking costs
Pros:

Nice hotel, well maintained, central location . staff very friendly, breakfast was nice and chef came out to check we liked the food

Cons:

Parking cost is incorrectly advertised on website. Some food on buffet was out of date.

Pros:

After checking in at 1 a.m., we missed breakfast since we hadn't been briefed on the times. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, though—she promptly refunded our breakfast charges and helped us get some fruit and flakes as the buffet was closed. The whole team is doing an incredible job; I regret not getting her name!

Cons:

The car noises but the hotel can't really help as it's in the centre.
