The hotel was clean and tidy. Restaurant plenty of choice
Check in was awful with a guy called Samir or Samil. He was rude unhelpful did nit explain anything about hotel. Really disappointed!
Always a pleasure to stay
the room are clean and very big and the food was ok and the staff deliveredt excellent service including the security men I saw last night delivered excellent service he was very professional
The noise outside was too much but I understand is not your fault
Location is very good, steps away from the train station and coach station. Room is nice, large enough for three people to stay.
A two-day event took place right outside of the hotel. Terrible noise in the midnight, we couldn’t sleep well.
The food in gino in the evening
We asked for a room on the road were we normally stay away from the mayhem got one on the court yard not good. no valet parking now could not stop out side to drop wife off had to go straight to car park getting from there to hotel with a wheelchair and 2 suitcase not easy.no black pudding at breakfast
Location excellent
That there wasn't a bar .it would have been nice to enjoy a drink before going out and on returning from an evening out
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
Unfortunately when i booked I was unaware that it was Leeds Pride weekend and that outside entertainment was situated right beside the hotel. I was told that the music would finish at 11pm but it went on until 3.30am. The aircon in the room didn't seem to work so we slept with the windows open which made it very noisy. But after speaking with reception we were given another room with working aircon the following day.
Amazing Stay
Main location in the middle of the city a plus point
No much
Location is perfect for city centre, 5 min walk from train station.
Extremely clean and comfortable
The hotel is very central and was perfect for us for where we were going. The hotel is very clean. Our room was lovely and backed on to one of the main streets for the Pride event that was going on. So the music was very loud, but we just opened the windows and sang along whilst getting ready. When we got back late in the evening there was still music on and people around, but we couldn't hear anything when the windows were closed. I particularly liked the This Works bathroom products that added a little extra luxury to my shower!
There wasnt anything we didnt like.
Location
Breakfast OKAY
Bed too hard
Shower cubicle cramped poor water pressure loo difficult to flush
Toiletries not nice smell
