Pros:

Location, location, location!
Easy access to the lake boats as well as great shopping and dining.
And I could say the same triplet about the staff- as well as the cleanliness.
What more can you ask of a hotel?

Cons:

It wasn’t the property- just inconsiderate smokers who stand near entrances and exhale their smoke into your face.

I initially had the room that wasn’t on the lake, however I asked to change it because the room was depressing and the ac was not working. So for the price, definitely not worth it. The hotel is also very very old and the staff wasn’t so nice.
