The cooked to order breakfast was very good. Staff was exceptional.
The mattress was the only negative. My wife and I are used to a firm sleeping platform and our room mattress was almost painful
Hotel location is very convenient. Service is Good. Bottled water in the room is bare minimum. Hard to understand why Hotels must make money out of simple drinking water. Breakfast is good quality but very limited in variety.
Room tariff is overpriced.

Meine Frau vergass ihre elektrische Zahnbürste. Ein sehr teures Produkt. Sie war im Bad auf der eingesteckten Ladestation geblieben. Ein paar Stunden nach Abreise bemerkten wir den Verlust und fragten sofort telefonisch nach. Die Zahnbürste und die Ladestation wurde selbst ein Tag später nach nochmaliger Nachfrage nicht gefunden. Sorry Hotel. Habt ihr euer Setvicepersonal im Griff?
Breakfast was served in restaurant next door, service and food were good.
Did not have enough tables and had to use the bistro high tables which are not to our likening.

The staff were amazing! The room was luxurious and comfortable!
The breakfast! Even tho it was included, the bill states that breakfast was worth $35 per person ….. for that I got 1 piece of toast, 1 sausage, 1 piece of pineapple, 1/2 a strawberry, and 2 poorly poached eggs. I was a bit shocked. If it had not been included in this very expensive hotel, there’s no way I would have eaten at the restaurant! It was disappointing that the breakfast did in no way match the quality of the room!
The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Vancouver's downtown area and close to many restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my breakfast, especially as the staff were very understanding and provided me with vegetarian options when I requested for them. My room was quiet and has been refurbished.
The wifi network did not extend to the breakfast area or the elevator. There was only one elevator available so it got busy at peak times. An access card is required to access it from the lobby area.
The staff was over and above being friendly and helpful. Opening doors for us, getting the elevator ready, the room was cleaner than clean. Fresh towels, chocolate and bottles of water everyday. Will definitely be back again.

I missed a refrigirator in the room and a fittness room in the Facility.
We had to leave early to catch a train, so we were unable to take advantage of the included breakfast. Our room was ready to go early, which was nice. The front desk staff was great and very helpful when asked questions.
The room faced a wall, which wasn’t nice. The bed was REALLY hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hand soup. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Also, why weren’t there any plastic bags to put in the ice bucket??? The ice bucket is a germ filled bin. EWWWW. I used one of my own bags in the ice bucket to keep my medicine cold. You missed the mark.
