Better Bang For Your Buck
Pros:

It is located very close to the Cruise Port. And it’s price was half of what the other hotels cost.

Cons:

It’s on a pretty noisy street but that’s the city. You’re not gonna get away from that.

Great Location and Great Staff
Pros:

The location is perfect if you want to know Vancouver on foot. The staff is simply fantastic (praises to Juan and the gentleman at the door whose name I regret to have forgotten). Just great.

Well done St Regis!
Pros:

What a lovely oasis in the bustling city of Vancouver. Nicely appointed rooms, excellent staff and a wonderful restaurant connected to the hotel. Well located for walking to the waterfront or shopping. Will definitely return.

Great hotel including breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and our reservation included breakfast. The servers in the breakfast section were so friendly and welcoming. Every morning we were greeted by the smiling faces of Nimali, Lina, and Anita. They definitely gave us a pleasant start to our day!

Noise - we were in suite - Room 111 although good size wouldn't recommend that particular room due to excessive noise from subway ALL day and night

We had an excellent stay and experience at the St Regis Hotel. Samson was very helpful and so was the gentleman at the desk on the morning of our exit at a very early time. Such service is rare these days. Thank you very much!

Great location, good facility, and friendly service
Pros:

Great location, very good service and clean room. We arrived early before noon, and our room was ready. It was a pleasant surprise after a long journey! We chose a queen bed room —it’s pretty compact but roomy enough for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly, and the maintenance staff who was cleaning the air duct in our room when we arrived was courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was plenty and cooked to order —the serving staff at breakfast were warm and friendly. Thank you, Surangi, Nimali, and Lina.
