A great choice for a downtown Vancouver hotel.
Pros:

My wife and I found the St Regis hotel to be wonderful when we stayed there the night before our cruise. Great location, clean and well managed. The complementary breakfast was great too, service was top notch and the food was delicious.
We would definitely choose the St Regis for our next visit.

My family and I enjoyed our 1 night stay with you.
Pros:

The breakfast menu had a good variety for all ages and the staff were very accommodating.
The location was central to our needs, especially to the cruise port.

Cons:

Not sure if the prices were inflated due to FIFA World Cup schedule in Vancouver.

The St Regis Hotel in Vancouver has a Diamond staff, with Nimali & her Colleagues
Pros:

This St Regis Hotel (no relation to the Manhattan lodging) in Vancouver is spot-on a wonderful place to stay when you’re in this charming city.

We stayed in a room with a comfortable living area. The bathroom is beautiful and bright. It has a roomy shower that includes a seat built-in. And they offer L’Occitane products, which we always find to be a treat.

The stay includes a delicious breakfast, with a fair assortment of options. I continuously opted for three egg omelette offering (which I kept mis-identifying as the “egglette”) and it was a hearty and healthy way to offer energy for touring days that lay ahead.

The dining room staff worked so well together as a team. We took wonderful exception to the engaging energy of Nimali and her colleagues.

For dining in the city, the front desk staff made wonderful recommendations and even helped secure reservations as needed. (Thank you, Daniela!)

Honestly, if we knew the names of all the staff members, we would cite them. No one offered less than stellar service.

The next time we visit Vancouver, the St Regis will be our premier choice!

Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and our servers, Surangi, Nimali, and Alina, were especially kind and accommodating. And it was all included with our stay. Thanks you for a wonderful experience!

Great location and breakfast; rooms were very comfortable. Staff were amazing, specially Lina, Ninali, and Anita who provided outstanding service during our staying; their friendly attitude made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back.
