The St. Regis Hotel

I was staying alone, and after not having enough to eat at breakfast on the first day, I negotiated with the staff to get an extra meal. The next two mornings, my breakfasts were very plentiful, and I was very satisfied.

Great location and staff

The hotel is amazing. The entire hotel is spotless and staff goes above and beyond for any need you have. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We loved that it was a short walk to Canada place to walk around that area.

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to everything. We were joining a cruise and it was about a 10 minute walk downhill with our luggage.
A special mention for Daniella. My husband's luggage was 'mislaid' and didn't arrive into Calgary with us. It was finally located and, as we were on the Rocky Mountaineer, we asked for it to be forwarded to the St Regis. They kept us updated on the situation and when it did arrive, Daniella made sure it was waiting for us in our room. Thank you so much!

The St Regis is lovely in Vancouver BC is lovely. The rooms are so nice and our breakfast (delicious omelets, fresh fruit) was included. The staff were great. Carried our luggage up five flights with a great attitude. Brent and Simpson were great. And our servers at breakfast - Anita our main server and also Nimali, Vinciri, and Surangi - were attentive and kind.

Service was friendly and fantastic. Breakfast was excellent.

Gutes Frühstück

This review will be very interesting because we actually booked this hotel but could not stay because the elevator was broken and the air condition in the rooms was not available in early May. We booked this hotel several weeks ago and arrived to Vancouver’s cruise port. We are three seniors and have mobility issues so an elevator was not an optional. When we got to the hotel Daniela assisted us and informed us about the elevator and the air condition. She went above and beyond helping us find another hotel and even paid for our Uber for the inconvenience. Even though we did not stay at the Saint Regis we are very impressed with their five star service and their kindness.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Great location, easy walk from cruise terminal. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Great location for checking out the sights of this fabulous city. Rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and nice strong hot shower. Nice touches like chocolate and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is freshly cooked full hot breakfast. Perfect way to fill up before a day of sightseeing. Staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Eduardo at the front desk, who answered our millions of questions about the city, and directed us to some fine restaurants. Also check out Gotham steakhouse right next-door is very good!

Town centre location

The staff was exceptionally helpful with luggage storage and delivery to our room. Very helpful with information. Great location for dining and shopping. The room was nice. Good security.
