Definitely, I will use it again .

Cons:

With the heat we are having this week .the aircon wasn't working properly. But the staff did their best to provide cold drinks and lollies.

We upgraded to a suite. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning wasn’t working and the staff were very unhelpful.

Pros:

Breakfast,gym,all staff from housekeeping - front desk very polite ,helpful.

Cons:

This particular room was a family room , It just did not as cosy as the previous room, which is my personal opinion some people may like the larger space, it is perfect for a family.

Pros:

The staff were very lovely and professional. The hotel was clean but needs new flooring in the reception leading to the lifts.the breakfast was nice and lots of options.

Cons:

We booked for the air conditioning but it was near on non existent. Very disappointed as this was only reason to stay due to the heat.

Just okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good but other than that everything was just ok

Cons:

Air conditioning was terrible. Did not work in the room and it wasn’t great in common areas. I know the hotel was not responsible for the weather but if the room has air conditioning you expect it to work.

Exceptional
Pros:

Very good location, close to shops and supermarkets. Approximately 1.2 miles to the railway if you want to go to the London Underground and London Bridge. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff are very kind and helpful. A particular thanks to Kathy, who welcomed me at the reception. She is exceptional and communicated well with me. She is very kind and understands the importance of good customer care.
I will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Bexleyheath
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for our purposes and, arriving early, was no trouble to leave our bags. Rooms were very clean and a good size bathroom which was great for our three night stay (although some sort of tertiary qualification required to operate the shower and temperature dials!). Ground floor bar was very pleasant and the buffet breakfast had good choices.

Pros:

Location was great, balcony a nice touch.

Cons:

The floor hadnt been vacuumed, it was very dirty. There were also brown stains on the duvet and curtains. The glass mats had been reused, no idea how many times, they weren't clean or fresh.
