Comfortable beds and fast filling bath. Nice gesture from staff leaving me a twin and note. Good breakfast selection.
Air conditioning was not really air conditioning but a cooling fan which wasn’t very cool. I found hairs still in the bath and there were broken edges. Rather dated.
We contacted reception with a problem and they dealt with it quickly and changed rooms for us at no extra cost and with no problems. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The air con wasn't great and the fans only covered certain parts of the room but we did have a little balcony which was nice.

The channels on the tv , the shower, the bath , bath plug doesn’t stay in , had to haggle with housekeeping to clean my room as I was there for 2 days

Decent location.
There was a strange smell in the lobby area and also a very bad smell on the gym. Almost like the damp / dampness smell.
Just okay
The bathroom was dirty, soaps stained all over the bathroom tiles and the toilet seat has got stained too. The ironing board broke and left in the room.
The room was a great size, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size, and the room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was excellent, with good-quality food and plenty of choice. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
The pillows were very soft, so I had to ask for extra pillows as there weren't any medium or firm options available.
The shower wasn't as hot or as powerful as I would have liked, although it wasn't too bad.
There was some general wear and tear in the bathroom.
The edging around the sides was peeling away, and the toilet seat was showing signs of wear and could do with being replaced.
Overall, the bathroom would benefit from a refresh, and the room could do with some general maintenance.
