We feel they have migrants on sight, and they are living there and kept us awake

It was our daughter’s graduation. But unfortunately this hotel ruined the celebration.

Cons:

We were a wake all night listening to foreign accents in the other room. At 4 o’clock in the morning we had to phone down to reception to let them know that the people in the next room were extremely loud.
We had 5 room in our party 9 people and all of us said we will stay here again

Not a nice stay and it was my 6Oth birthday which I told them in advance.
Cons:

Air conditioning not working properly. Room was boiling and breakfast room boiling. Staff didn’t care and just told us there was an issue with it.
I have a disability and asked for a room near the lift and was given one quite far away and up steps.
Check in took ages and I was struggling to stand and I have a stick and the receptionist didn’t seem to care.
