Pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

Great central location, friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Air con could have been better, room was quite hot. Pillows need to improve. Breakfast was quite expensive.

如果下次有缘的萨尔兹堡，还会住这家。
Pros:

位置特别好，闹中取静。酒店不大不小，所有的细节都是多年沉淀的结果。花园、餐厅、桑拿房都超级好，超级舒服。是我们这趟奥地利之旅最喜欢的住所。

Cons:

订的三人房，没有注明是无隔断的一通间，所以我们只能再追加一间房。第二天因为满房，只能让儿子住去其他酒店，好在附近就有酒店式公寓。

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Centrally located hotel, just steps from the city center. The recently renovated rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The relaxation area in the internal garden is very beautiful. Parking is available on site. Good breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay with family in Salzburg.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast and location was outstanding. Close to the main drag of the city but just far enough to be in a quiet area. Beautiful grounds, too, even though it was small and I really appreciated the family friendly touches. Reminded me of staying at a Four Seasons/Fairmont with respect to the family friendliness, which is definitely not the case for much of Austria within the cities. We travelled with kids aged 4 and 6 and the family room was perfect for our kids to share the sofa/full bed, and for us to have our own bed.

Cons:

Nothing, was really an excellent stay.

Great hotel experience
Pros:

We had a great experience at this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in July for sightseeing and hiking. This is one of our favourite hotels we’ve stayed at in recent years, and recommend anyone visiting Salzburg to stay here. The vibe, service and quality is great

Bardzo wyjątkowy hotel, w świetnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko centrum. Czysto i pachnąco. Wyjątkowe wyposażenie i pięknie meble. Bezpieczny, duży parking. Bardzo polecam!

A Salzburg Oasis
Pros:

The property has something for everyone! The bar and restaurant we wonderful and convenient. The outdoor space was complete with dining and relaxation area's. The beehive was fascinating to watch. The hardest lil' workers on the property! The staff was always greeting and smiling every day. The vibe is very chill. The location was central for navigating your lovely city.

Pros:

Great walkable location to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff showed us to our room and pointed out a bunch of features in the room which was very helpful upon arrival. We only found out about the wonderful outdoor space at the back of the larger villa hotel as we were checking out. Might have been nice to relax there during our three night stay, as it was a beautiful oasis. It even had a beehive! Great access to some computers, a variety of DVDs to borrow, and books to read. Loved the chocolates left in the room, plus the little bottle of Rose and personal note for the celebration of our anniversary. Very thoughtful and appreciated.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bed only had one bedside table, when both sides need one. No where to keep my eyeglasses and my drink of water. Restaurant was super slow for dinner on arrival, but the server was very accommodating and let us know up front.
