Nice decor, very friendly receptionist, parking service
We had a double room booked but got a room with extra mattress bed on the side, wasn’t nice as just a blank mattress.
Location excellent right on the main square across from the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area
The bathroom was dated. Modern white fitting with an old pink bathtub still in place instead of a walk in shower.

Lokacija hotela je izjemna, direktno na glavnem mestnem trgu. Hotel je v butičnem stilu, ker mi je bilo zelo všeč. Najina soba je biala zelo lepa, velika, čista in predvsem udobna. Urejena je bila v "lepem starinskem slogu" in gledala na glavno ulico, ki vodi do akvadukta Segovie.
Zajtrk je bil odličen, raznolik in predvsem si imel občutek, da je vse domače.
Ker sva potovala z avtomobilom je še dodatna prednost, da sva avtomobil parkirala pred hotelom in so nam ga oni odpeljeli v garažo in seveda prieljali nazaj, ko sva ga potrebovala.
Žal sva prenočila le 1 noč. Če bova še kdaj obiskala Segovio (ki naju je zelo navdušila), se zagotovo vrneva v ta hotel.

En los días en que estuvimos hizo bastante frío y no funcionó la calefacción, aunque consultamos en Recepción, no nos resolvieron el asunto.
Wat een heerlijk hotel midden op het plein Plaza Mayor. Je stapt de deur uit en staat middenin het historisch centrum. Personeel is behulpzaam, auto wordt naar een parkeerplek gebracht. De kamer was niet supergroot maar wel knus. Zo ook de ontbijtruimte
Niets maar een gezellig terras aan de voorzijde zou een leuke uitbreiding kunnen zijn.

Very good location just located in the city centre and only walking distance to the main attractions. Just near the shops. The room is comfortable and amenities are complete. Would recommend this hotel as good value for money.
