Pros:

Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno tenía de todo, no parece grande de primeras pero no echamos en falta nada, la gente amable y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

El wifi en las habitaciones llegaba regular y el baño en mi habitación muy ruidoso cuando lo utilizaban arriba, sin embargo en la de mis padres no.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. La amabilidad del personal maravillosa. Sorina, una profesional y encantadora. Habitación muy bien, salvo que la orientación de la misma fue mala, veíamos por la ventana una pared.

Hotel céntrico y acogedor
Pros:

Excelente ubicación

Cons:

Almohadas muy planas, habían dos, pero al colocar dos son muy altas y una solo es baja, una intermedia sería lo adecuado para ciertas personas.

Cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación perfecta junto a la catedral y el desayuno buffet pequeño pero súper variado. La habitación no era muy grande pero no hacía falta más. Además siendo julio por la noche hacía fresquito y se podía dormir perfectamente con la ventana abierta, aún estando en la plaza, no había ruido excesivo. Había doble ventana, una que se veía más antigua y una más nueva en el exterior que aislaba mejor.
La cama era cómoda y la doble almohada hacía que pudieras poner lo que necesitases para dormir.

Cons:

La ventana más externa era oscilobatiente y al abrirla normal se soltaba de arriba, no llegó a pasar nada, pero estaba un poco sueltecilla. Cerrar cerraba perfecta.

Luxurious accommodation at the heart of the old town
Pros:

Reception on arrival was super friendly, and the reception area is very beautifully decorated and feels luxurious, even if the hotel rates are not that high. Rooms are decent and remained cool despite the nearly 40 degrees we had while visiting. The valet service is very handy and quick. The hotel is situated right next to the cathedral and a short walk to either the Alcazar or the Aqueduct.. So location-wide, you could not be better!

Cons:

Getting to the hotel with car requires driving through a seemingly forbidden section of street, but the sign does say driving to hotels allowed. We missed that part on our first attempt and found it difficult to find our way back there. So pay attention to the one way signs, Google might not know all the rules!
