Pros:

Good breakfast and location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation especially in the public areas. Paint, carpet and wall paper were all dated.

Great place to stay
Pros:

It was in a great location , the metro system is so quick and easy to use , was able to get to all the tourist attractions very easily . The staff were excellent , super friendly and willing to help you with anything you needed . One gentleman named Martin’s went out of his way to help my mother in law when she required assistance ! Was a very kind man.

Excellent customer experience at the reception
Pros:

I asked the receptionist if I could get a quiet room because of my sleep issues. Not only she gave me a room far from the elevator but she offered a free upgrade from two single beds to a double bed. As a solo traveller I'm used to paying more than couples and getting the worst rooms so I'll never forget the kindness of this receptionist. It might have been a small gesture for her but I travelled to Prague for a job interview and this act of kindness meant a lot to me. I slept really well and aced my job interview and got the job! I wish I knew the receptionist's name but she was working when I arrived on 7th June around 1-2pm and had dark hair. Next day when I was leaving there was another taller brunette who was also very nice and agreed to give me late check out which gave me more time to prepare for the interview. Thank you Panorama receptionists for helping me get a job in the crazy 2026 job market :)

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. If I could improve one thing I'd add vegan options at breakfast and labels for all foods because I wasn't sure what was in the spread on offer.

Těším se na další návštěvu.
Pros:

Možnost wellness, solária, posilovny a bazénu. Skvělá snídaně. Varná konvice s příslušenstvím, pokojový bar i voda k dispozici na pokoji.

Cons:

Hůře tekoucí voda v koupelně a drobné detaily, které se úplně neslučují s typem hotelu, například vodovodní baterie u vany a panty na dveřích do koupelny.

Cons:

Naprosto neprofesionální chování slečny na recepci, kdy doslova protáčí oči nad dotazy starších zákazníků. Pro mě absolutně nepochopitelné, že hotel takové lidi zaměstnává. Stejně tak mě velmi nepříjemně překvapilo, že na recepci mi do telefonu pan sdělil, že cena za ubytování je 4300,- a booking mi ho nabídl za 3200,-. Docela dost velký rozdíl.
