Pros:

Wellness-Bereich, Zimmergröße, Personal absolut top.

Cons:

Mobilar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Fahrstühle sind aktuell (Okt 2026) gerade in Überholung. Die beiden älteren haben das auch nötig.
Frühatücksbuffet war gut, aber nicht sehr gut.

Omšelé. Každé ráno 15 minut ve výtahu
Pros:

Poloha hotelu na metru, možnost parkování, v zásadě se dalo i na ulici, pokoj premium umožňoval volný vstup do wellness / bazén / posilovna, byť to tu nebylo explicitně uvedeno, stejně jako do lounge, kde tedy nebylo de facto žádné občerstvení mimo kávy, výhled z hotelu, ucházející snídaně

Cons:

Při pohledu na budovu hotelu, na datum vzniku, jeho velikost atd. člověk předpokládá jistou omšelost, reálně neočekává, že vše bude moderně zrekonstruované, cena tomu asi odpovídá. Ale stav mnohých prostor byl už za hranou, zářným příkladem budiž sauna, na kterou se určitě od devadesátých let nesáhlo. Zaujalo mě, že většinu návštěvníků sauny očividně tvořili mimohoteloví hosté, hotelový bazén byl pro změnu uzavřen např. pro hodiny plavání kojenců mimohotelových hostů, jindy jsem přišel do wellness zóny, která měla být otevřená do 22:00 a uvítal mě papír "z technických důvodů dnes otevřeno do 20:45". Vířivka s kapacitou 4 osoby pro takto velký hotel mi také nepřišla adekvátní. Prostory wellness, bazénu a posilovny jsou v nejvyšším proskleném patře, s obrovským potenciálem, který je ale zcela nevyužit. ... Hlavní problém hotelu jsou výtahy. 2/4 byli v rekosntrukci, za to se na cedulích omlouvali, což je pěkné, ale když máte pokoj v 21. patře a ráno každou cestu výtahem čekáte bez nadsázky minimálně deset minut než přijede, pak dorazí přeplněný a zastaví v úplně každém patře, kde člověk z chodby nahlédne, nenastoupí a toto se opakuje v každém patře, to bylo neuvěřitelné.

Great stay as ever!
Pros:

Breakfast - Excellent with many options to choose from. Breads, Eggs, meat, vegetables, yogurt, fruits, juice, smoothies, cakes, coffee - everything is top quality. I think in one of the corner there was waffle or pancake maker, I didn't used it, and some of the days it is possible to order custom-made omelette.
Room - For a single person or even couple it is spacious and sufficient. Comfortable bed, clean and comfy bathroom, large work/coffee table with chair. 2 Extra sofas in case you want to hang out and enjoy drink. Room cleaning comes everyday unless you deliberately hang the no cleaning needed sign out the door.
Location - This is 10/10 for me as the office is at walking distance. Other things I liked - Fitness, Sauna, and the possibility to shop at nearby Arkady mall. Trams and buses are available not far from the hotel.

Cons:

Well, since the hotel have everything which makes it a great place to stay but for me as an IT person who occasionally need to work remotely - it will be great if there is work monitor available.
