We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The overall atmosphere, the sea, and the professionalism of the staff exceeded all our expectations. Every single staff member was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mohamad from the service area of room 3334 — he was exceptionally kind, professional, and always helpful.
The hotel offers a great variety of food options with several restaurants available, and the quality of the food was excellent overall. The aquapark and kids’ aquapark were very enjoyable and more than sufficient for families. There were also plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which made the experience even more comfortable.
The sea was truly breathtaking. The reefs, corals, and colorful fish created an exceptional underwater view and made snorkeling an unforgettable experience.
The staff at the à la carte restaurants were also incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The only point I would mention is that the food quality at the à la carte restaurants was average compared to the rest of the hotel, although the service itself was excellent. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding.
I have traveled to many all-inclusive hotels before, but this hotel genuinely impressed me with its service quality, hospitality, and overall experience. I will definitely give a 10/10 review on both Booking and Google.

Fajn hotel, ale máte co zlepšovat
Pros:

Poloha hotelu a i pokoje jsou fajn, i když poměrově k ceně bych očekával trochu více.

Cons:

Snídaně, cena snídaně není úplně malá, ale jak nabídka, tak i kvalita snídaně je hodně slabá. Např. míchaná vajíčka byla velký špatný :-(
