This place exceeded my expectations for what I paid. Will return for daughter’s birthday next summer.
Pros:

For the price and location of this place you can’t beat it. The place was very clean, everything worked, ac very cold. The staff was very friendly. There’s a little area to buy cereal or snacks. In the check in office and it was set up and painted very nicely. Honestly it was way nicer than expected. The pool isn’t very big but not too small either. It fits their crowd. RIGHT on the beach. Great location had shower to wash off at when you came back up. We will be coming back to stay here.

Cons:

The elevator had a lot of issues daily( we were there Friday-Sun), but we just took the stairs. If you couldn’t take the stairs that would be a different situation. I’ve never been before so I could not tell you if this was an all the time thing or if they’re just currently fixing things. There’s only one elevator for the entire thing. And one set of stairs which has to be a fire hazard. The parking area close to the hotel is very small you have to park in overflow across the street if there is none but you’re allowed to park under the large entrance to the hotel area and take your stuff up before crossing

Seeing the beach close up

Cons:

The bathroom, when we tried to take a shower the water didn't come on we had to wait for someone to come but they never showed up I kept playing with it and eventually it started working. I shouldn't have to do all of that if I'm on vacation

Pros:

It was such a true blessing . My view was like heaven on earth. God had so many angels there and it was so beautiful and peaceful 🤩. Very grateful for the staff. Super helpful.

I didn't like that the room floor was very dirty and had a smell in the room the back door knob fell off and the toilet was stopped up.....this was my 2nd time starting the 1st time and it was really good..But this time not so good... House keeping can do Better at cleaning

I would stay here again for the money with it being a beachfront property.

Cons:

The room was old and probably could use an update. The room wasn’t that clean when we walked in. I even found someone’s nose ring on the bathroom counter.

Internet running at 18mbps down speed,and tv won’t. Even run on that,, no hot water in the whole building,outside lights out all over building room decor is mid 70’s porn set, 100+ units and 50 parking spots,,,need to spend $750,000. Just to bring it up to dump status

The staff was all very nice and helpful and it was in a good location.

Cons:

The elevator kept breaking down. Our first night the people in the room next to us were arguing outside the room and the police had to come and then they stayed out there forever still arguing with each other and with the police.

I wasn’t very happy very happy with being booked on the lower level. I was hoping for a balcony and when I got there, it’s like they threw us down in the bottom level of a dungeon both the doors down there barely worked didn’t feel very safe, walking out to the beach in theory was nice but there’s no way to lock the door from the outside so you would’ve had to still walk around so defeated the point.
