Horrible stay

The pull out couch bed was stained and had crumbs in mattress. The toilet constantly ran. The shower has no pressure, the knob for the water was difficult to turn to set temp and to turn off, the faucet for tub is about to fall out, the ceiling in the shower has mold, the toilet paper holder is about to fall off, the mattresses are very worn in. The railing is very loose and cracked.

No matter how good of a deal you’re offered to stay here, don’t. Pay the extra money somewhere else.
Pros:

It had a good location next to Sharky’s, but if you went somewhere in the evening your parking spot would be taken by Shark’s customers and you had to park down the road and across the street from Sharky’s and walk back to the hotel.

Cons:

Check in time was at 4pm. We arrived at 830 pm and had to wait 30 minutes just to verify our room was ready. Then when we got in the room, we could tell that the floor hadn’t been swept let alone mopped. The cleaning staff were very unfriendly. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

It's on the waterfront. It's not expensive.

Cons:

The staff was very slow. I had a long wait to check in—about three hours after 4 PM. The premises were run-down, though the furniture was fine.

Pros:

That it was right on the beach

Cons:

I know this place has been around for many years. It's sad that there have been little upgrades or remodeling done. Ice is not free. Some doors are tight to close so you could hear very loud door slams at all hours.

Not far from the pier and easy beach access.

Cons:

The outdoor showers need a hose to be able to wash the sand off your beach accessory’s easier. And the feet washer doesn’t have enough pressure to wash the sand off.

Cons:

The floors upon arrival were filthy, feet were brown within 5 minutes of walking on them. There was mold above the window where a leak had occurred and it was attempted to be patched. The toilet was literally leaning sideways and half the time did not want to flush. The sheets had stains on them. The mini fridge barely kept drinks cold. The shower was absolutely disgusting, make sure you bring shower shoes. The headboard of beds were disgusting and had stains. The siding on wall beside the bed was bowed out like water had gotten behind it. Nothing felt clean in this room.

Not a bad location and not a bad place to stay, however, they could do a better job cleaning.

The beds had sand in them so we had to clean them ourselves. The floors were also not clean. The shower had hair on the sides.
