Pros:

Close to the beach good location close to store and restaurants

Cons:

Cleaning was bad the shower courtain smell like pee and was dirty i ask front desk to change they change it but still bathroom was smelling bad , also if you planing staying there make sure package a hair dryer and iron they don’t have and if you need one you will have to buy one .
Other then that room was good as a king room was pretty big .

Pros:

AcC worked and there was a balcony although it was to loud due to ac unit on the balcony.

Cons:

It was dirty, paint peeling off of tub, towel rack feel off the wall, had to unplug the fridge to use the coffee pot because outlet didn't work. And worse of all, when we first arrived the ONLY elevator didn't work and we're on the 4th floor!! And there was sand on our bed sheets!!! If it wasn't for the location, this would have been a ZERO rating.😔

Pros:

The location and close proximity to everything! Short walk to beach and the pool was nice. Good price for being right on the beach. We'd stay here again.

Cons:

The exterior and bathroom could use updating. The door to our balcony stuck so we had to slam it. The people next door smoked pot all day and all night and permeated our room. The chairs on the balcony were sketchy. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed and although we didnt use it, no linens for the sofa bed.

Great location but the outside really needs work windows and doors the tube needs to be done the floors were scratched but did enjoy the stay maybe during the off season they can work on some the things I mentioned

Oceanfront at a reasonable Cost
Pros:

Right on the Beach. Office staff were very nice and helpful.It's not fancy, but it's oceanfront and very affordable. Room and balcony were clean. Ocean view. Pool was clean.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated. The walkways could use power washing, painted. If your looking for a 5star this isn't for you. If you want an ocean view at a good price this is your spot

Affordable Oceanfront
Pros:

Oceanfront and affordable. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Room was clean, great view from balcony. Quiet, no noise issues. Affordable and great location.

Cons:

It's outdated could be powerwashed and painted.

I like that it’s oceanfront and u can just walk to the beach it’s clean but my only complain was when we got there there were sand all over the floor everywhere

Great Beachfront Access, Questionable Cleanliness.
Pros:

The pool was very clean and comfortable for the kids. The beach access was absolutely perfect. Definitely within walking distance for many of the amazing outlets and little shops and dining.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean, there was sand still on floors when we checked in, the ceiling had water stains from a potential leak.
The room itself was much smaller than photos showed. The balcony door didn't lock nor seal properly so it was humid constantly.
