It was quiet and comfortable
The staff was great and so friendly
Clean hotel, near the airport, need a car but they can organise shuttle bus into downtown Nashville, not far from the Grand Ole Opry
Pleasant hotel in the Opry land area, staff welcoming, clean room, you need a car to stay there, although there is a shuttle bus into downtown, breakfast not provided but plenty of places nearby, good place to stay if you are going to the grand ole opry
It was very clean
I booked it because it was a queen room with two queen beds AND a pullout sofa bed. That was not true at all. There were no queen beds with a sofa bed even available in the hotel at all so we made a bed for my son out of blankets on the floor. It was falsely advertised on Booking.com.
Location
Here 4 nights, room only cleaned once, even though staff was notified.
The door latch and shower were not working.
I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked the lady at the front desk- she was very kind.
My kids were so excited to swim in the indoor pool but when we got there, the pool was freezing. I made my daughter get out of the pool because her lips were blue within a few minutes of being in. Right in front of our bathroom, there was something sticky on the floor- so gross. The door also would not latch when closing so you had to hold the inside handle and wiggle it until it latched. It took FOREVER to get it latched each time. When we woke up the next morning, there was a sign saying that there were no cooks so no breakfast would be served.

Please have someone to call me about this reservation. 270-792-3889 Mike Eastridge The staff recommended we go to the Fairfield. Now I am being charged for both locations.
Location , room size and comfortable..
Breakfast should be free and more options
The location was perfect for Uber pick ups and walking around the plaza.
Staff was nice.
Our room had a few problems. The art in the room was ripped up, a lamp was cracked, and a few other things.
