Os nossos dias no .... Foram muito agradáveus.
Tivemos contratempo na chegada, mas ficamos muito satisfeitas na maneira que o gerente da recepção Carlos resolveu o problema co profissionalismo e prontidão.
O hotel é moderno, a suíte é maravilhosa e o chuveiro vale a pena ser mencionado
A equipe é muito profissional e super amigável, desde a recepção, restaurante, limpeza e transfer.
Os motoristas do transfer Robison e Augustin, são motorista cuidadosos e atenciosos, vale muito a pena contratar esse serviço do hotel.
Muito obrigada a equipe do .....por terem ajudado a fazer dos nossos dias na cidade da Guatemala especiais.

la habitación esta perfecta para descansar, para trabajar o simplemente para dormir, el baño es grande y con todas las amenidades requeridas, ademas cuenta con maquina de café Nescafe, agua y dulces.
