El personal es muy amable, es un hotel muy moderno y cómodo, el desayuno es delicioso y de gran variedad
La situación es perfecta, está en la zona 10 al lado de dos centros comerciales y restaurantes. Hotel práctico y cómodo
Teníamos contratada habitación con cama extra grande y no sirvió de nada ….nos dieron una habitación con una cama de 1,35 ….
Es muy comodo y el personal muy amable
Que no pongan en la habitacion agua y cafe para los huespedes que se alojan, si somos 3 debe haber cosas para 3 (toallas, agua, cafe)
Location
The hotel was not busy and they gave us a room with one tiny window overlooking the air conditioning units and alley. I messaged them about it, but they did not respond. Elevator dings so loud every few seconds. There was 2 of us yet we only had one coffee pod and cup.
La amabilidad del personal, limpieza del hotel
Al salir del jacuzzi mi esposa se resbaló, se golpeó un poco, sugiero que coloquen en las gradas externas un material antideslizante, se avisó a la salida del hotel del problema, vimos que hay cámaras en el lugar, sería bueno que verifiquen la grabación para que vean que es cierto, solucionar esto antes que suceda un accidente serio

Ficamos chateados pois contamos com o hotel para indicar pessoas e empresas de confiança, fomos na indicação pagamos mais caro do que poderiamos ter conseguido fora devido a confiança na indicação e não valeu
