Great location if you want to go shopping and be in the middle of all the action. However the hotel lobby area is small and the restaurant options are not very good. If you are with family, I would get a place in a nice Paris neighborhood vs being in Champs Elysees.
Gorgeous hotel. Fabulous location. They were so thoughtful as to give us a special dessert for my son’s birthday and even beverages. Very clean. Family double Room was worth the expense. Room service meal was very good.
An amazing location , rooms large and interconnected have 3 kids with us so had a suite with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms everyone was happy ! Makes a difference when travelling on a family holiday . Staff friendly only negative check in was a bit slow with kids it should be faster !
Loved the Hotel would definitely recommend it

An amazing hotel! Everything was wonderful: the Champs-Élysées location, the beautiful lobby, the bar with its extensive drink selection, the lovely room, the cleanliness, and so on. But the most important thing wasn't any of that—it was the responsive and professional staff! I left my passport in the room safe and only realized it at the airport after I had already passed through security, with just an hour and twenty minutes left before my flight! I called the hotel; the concierge team quickly located my passport and sent it to the airport via taxi, so I had it in hand twenty minutes before departure! Huge thanks and kudos to them! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The hotel is an incredibly tranquil wonderful place in the very he tic heart of Paris!
The location was fantastic, staff helpful, rooms well appointed, very modern and clean. And our view was second to none! The beat view I have ever had in Paris! The front of house lady at breakfast (I think her name was Hanna) was absolutely delightful, just a ray of sunshine and made my day every morning!
It was really all perfect. And if I had to say something… then teaspoons and sugar on the tables at breakfast would have be nice.

Thank you so much to Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Team, for making my stay in Paris such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.
From the moment I arrived until my departure, every member of your team exceeded my expectations. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by your staff made all the difference and truly made my trip magical. It is rare to encounter such consistently exceptional service, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention everyone showed throughout my stay.
I would especially like to recognize Violet at the Concierge Desk. She went above and beyond in organizing all of my tours, ensuring everything was seamless and allowing me to enjoy Paris without any worries during the heat wave. Her kindness, knowledge, and dedication were greatly appreciated and made my visit even more memorable.
It is because of the outstanding people at the Paris Marriott Champs Elysees that I will always remember this trip so fondly.
When I return to Paris, there is no question where I will be staying—I will be returning to the Paris Marriott Champs Elysees. Thank you once again for making me feel so welcome and for creating such a special experience.
Location was very central. Rooms were very modern and newly updated.
The first room we had was not ideal to get to going down corridor and staircase.
The hotel itself is beautiful and a good location. The service is god awful. As a Platinum elite Bonvoy member I tend to book Marriott. This place apparently doesn't recognize Platinum elite status in check ins, even though they have a sign that says they do so. The food and beverage is a bad comedy. It's fend for for yourself. Extreme disorganization, people are forced to wait and then have to get up to find staff to order, the staff argue with each other. To sum, if you expect a modicum of decent service and platinum status recognition l, avoid this place. Clearly this hotel lacks a strong manager if it even has a manager.
Great location but the staff were a little cold and didn’t provide great service. The only exception was one bell boy at the entrance
The service wasn’t great. The staff also mixed up my breakfast order and weren’t very apologetic
Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Paris (outisde exposure is a small shop width of entrance under 3 flags - inside is massive and elegant), within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, lovely restaurants and amazing shopping.
We chose this hotel to celebrate our special 40th anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. The lobby was beautifully adorned with an abundance of fresh flowers, and each evening we were delighted by a thoughtful turn-down service that included a single rose—an elegant and memorable touch.
The morning hot buffet offered an exceptional variety, from fresh juices and baked pastries to grilled vegetables, eggs, meats, smoked salmon, and fruits—something to suit every taste.
The newly opened CIRA terrace catered by Chief Vincent is a standout feature, with a charming ambience and authentic Italian cuisine. The risotto and octopus were particular highlights and are an absolute must-try.
Our room was lovely, complete with a balcony offering a beautiful view of Paris, adding to the overall charm of our stay.
What truly made our visit special was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, especially General Manager: Mr. Michel, Head chief: Vincent, and Clare from Guest relations, all who we had the pleasure of meeting personally, they went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was a memorable one!.
We look forward to returning to mark our 50th anniversary.

This coming Monday (5/18/26), we’re supposed to be in Paris, France, celebrating our 64th wedding anniversary. We won’t be there because I’ve been unexpectedly hospitalized for acute respiratory failure for the past five days. I’m still in a hospital bed as I write this. Last November I made a really early reservation at a Marriott property in Paris and paid cash to get a better rate. Since my physician says so, we’ve had to cancel our trip. I’ve asked Marriott for a refund from our hotel. I was told I should have obeyed their rules and canceled last December! Here’s the rub: Over the last 20 or 30 years I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Marriott. Now that I’ve asked for an exception to their cancellation policy, they’ve decided to ignore my loyalty and not refund my reservation. They did offer an alternative, however. If we rebook the same hotel, we can transfer our payment to the new booking. The company with a heart! Whoever reads this: Caveat Emptor! Incidentally, I’ve gotten refunds from other Paris bookings who I’ve never done any business with before with absolutely no hassle.
Hôtel très bien situé.
