Crappy service, close to downtown
Pros:

Where it was at. It wasn’t too far from downtown.

Cons:

The fact that the staff were so disrespectful and rude, not only that the manager was very disrespectful. They also tried to double charge me and three out of the four pillows of mine had blood stains on them, and I do have pictures of two of the pillows. They also tried to say that those pillows weren’t theirs and that I brought them with me when all I had was one singular backpack and my face washing bag. There were only two staff that I will give credit to and appreciate his name is Anthony and then there was a younger lady. Don’t know her name, but both of them helped me out so much.

Cons:

The fact that they tried to blame me and my husband for a bloody pillowcase not just one but three out of the four pillows were bloody and when I brought this up to the cleaning manager, she proceeded to blame my husband and say that that wasn’t their pillow, not only that but the nighttime staff Anthony was the only staff that was really nice, all the others were really rude and I told them I didn’t want room cleaning three different times and they kept coming in and trying to clean while I was sleeping.

Cons:

Mein Mitreisender hatte am nächsten Tag 18 Bisse von womöglich Bettwanzen an Rücken und Beinen.
Ich in meinem Zimmer war nicht betroffen.
Zimmer im Souterrain war nicht schön.
Vom Namen Sheraton hätte ich deutlich anderes erwartet.

Pros:

The lady at front desk had has change rooms due to no heat. It was fine. Things happen. Mel went above and beyond to make us comfortable 😊it really worked out for us. My husband had surgery right across the street. Mel gave us a late check out. It was so helpful to finish surgery and go back to the room. He was able to rest and eat!! It was a great stay! Thank you 🙂

Nice, reasonable price ski hotel with amazing ski services making it feel almost like a slope side place
Pros:

Nice, clean rooms with direct access to pool, jacuzzi and steam room which is especially useful after a day on the slope. The staffs were amazing offering water, cookies every day in the lobby. We especially loved the ski chalet and frequent shuttle service to and from the slope. When We need pickup at the end of the day, I just texted the number provided and the shuttle usually showed up within 5 minutes after we got to the sidewalk at the parking lot. It almost felt like we stayed at a slope side resort!

Cons:

I parked at the lot across the street according to staffs instructions and got an orange cone place behind my car the next day. Although nothing happened but I just thought it was weird

Pros:

The staff was horrible, made charges on my room while i was on the phone disputing charges and lied to me about it. The room was fine and the hotel was a nice motel- not worth anywhere what i paid for it. The destination fee should be included in the price, not an added charge guests arent aware of until told at check in. Need more than one expensive restaurant. Park city was great, the hotel wasnt- we wont stay here again.

Enjoyable! Be aware that when taxes, parking fee, and resort fees are added on, it almost doubles the price of the room.
Pros:

We had three rooms by the pool. Everything was clean. Nice sheets, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Our kids loved the pool and game room. To be honest, the game room was tired looking, needs a good cleaning and some updated equipment. It should offer more modern choices for the kids.

Pros:

I loved everything about this trip. The Staff was amazing, the room and the food was perfect. The pool was too cold for this time of the year but other than that the stay was amazing. The part of the trip the was the worst is that I was charge $100 plus dollars more than my reservation said and that really made me angry. That really upset me

Okay stay… Staff was kind and welcoming.

Long wait to check in. The gal at the front desk was amazing though!! She’s was juggling a lot on her own. For peak check in time, they should have more help.
