Loved finding an authentic family run hotel in what is quite a tourist heavy place.
Pros:

The authenticity and green space and boho style. Breakfast was great and the owners wonderful 🙏🏻

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like it’s just worth noting the walk to the front is down a hill and the return after dinner is a little tiring but totally manageable

Un angolo di paradiso nella caotica Saranda
Pros:

Colazione con molte proposte servita in un ambiente paradisiaco.
Posizione e parcheggio ottimi.
Accoglienza perfetta.
Struttura curata, pulita e con balcone con stendino.

Cons:

La mancanza del caffè espresso(non l'ho chiesto perché non ho visto la macchinetta)

Ottima struttura situata a circa 1 km dalla spiaggia pubblica di Sarande… camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole…. Dotata di balcone e con pulizia quotidiana…
Colazione buona e varia, da fare rigorosamente in un bellissimo giardino curato dalla proprietaria, Vera, che con noi e’ stata davvero ospitale, gentile e disponibile….
Parcheggio privato dentro la struttura..
La consiglio assolutamente

Una piccola oasi di pace nella caotica Sarande
Pros:

La struttura consiste di una palazzina con una zona parcheggio e un ampio giardino molto curato con piante diverse, tettoie e diversi gattini a fare compagnia. Le stanze sono pulitissime e ben arredate con tutti i confort (mancherebbe solo l’ascensore). Vera e tutto il personale sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La colazione è ampia e variegata con diversi prodotti freschi e salati.

Cons:

La posizione seppur in linea d’aria a 700 metri dal centro, percorrendola a piedi sono oltre 1 km di strada molto trafficata in salita con alcuni tratti senza un vero marciapiede.

Posizione top per gli amanti delle passeggiate e delle salite😂
La proprietaria vera e’ meravigliosa, super disponibile e fonte di consigli davvero utili per il soggiorno dalle spiagge ai ristoranti.
Meraviglioso giardino zen che ti riconcilia con il mondo.

Het hotel voelde als een oase van rust binnen het drukke Sarandë. De medewerkers waren stuk voor stuk heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

En vrai c’est pas tout à fait un hôtel je dirai chambre d’hôte. Pas d’ascenseur

De sfeer van de tuin en terras, alsof je ver weg bent van de drukke stad. Aardige eigenaren, behulpzaam. Schone ruime kamer.

Pros:

Junto a la terminal de autobuses. Habitación muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno. Y el jardín es genial. Los dueños muy atentos con todo lo que necesitamos.

El desayuno estaba bueno

Cons:

Nos quedamos dos noches. El precio e instalaciones no compensaban.. La habitación era muy clara en la noche, la persiana no cerraba bien y la luz de afuera entraba a la habitación además la luz apagada seguía brillando en la oscuridad. Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches toda la noche. Solo nos dieron jabón de ducha el primer día. No había agua caliente en la ducha por más que esperaba con el agua abierta. Para lo caro que fue la habitación no nos dejaron ni agua en la habitación ni nada de aseo. No me gustó que no había seguridad entre las habitaciones y la calle, cualquier persona puede tener acceso a las habitaciones, no me pareció seguro sobretodo en la noche. La habitación decía que con vista a la montaña pero daba a un descampado muy desordenado y sucio. El colchón durísimo y las almohadas incómodas.

Die jungen Kätzchen waren echt ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Das Frühstück war super. Das 4 Bett Zimmer war für eine Familie hervorragend. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und alles super gepflegt. Wir hatten vor unserem Zimmer einen Bananenbaum. Alles in allem, hervorragend

Cons:

Die Kissen waren etwas hart und uns hat es an Wäschehacken im Bad gefehlt.
