Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size.
Generally tired building. Room wasn’t cleaned even though I’d asked for daily clean. The restaurant and bar didn’t have a corkscrew! Unbelievable! Had to choose a screw top wine bottle instead of the wine I wanted on first night and then had the cork pushed into the bottle I wanted on the second night. Somebody could have gone out bought one having acknowledged the need.
The price was unbelievable. The Landmark Hotel is beautiful & our room was awesome. The staff is very helpful & kind. We ended up staying longer than we initially booked. Close to significant historical sites in Dundee. A++
Price steam room water pressure
Building work, no ev point but was told there was one due to building work. Spar needs sprucing up . Pool very small.

Would be good to have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on wall in shower.

Another great stay at the Landmark, staff are friendly as always and the rooms are well stocked, clean and tidy.

Wir waren leider nur sehr kurz - über Nacht - dort, aber das absolute Highlight war die superfreundliche Rezeption, die mitten in der Nacht ein Zimmer für uns „fanden“ obwohl sie eigentlich ausgebucht waren.

There's very little that I can say that is positive about this stay - but I am required to write something here. I guess the staff were reasonably friendly.
The hotel is dirty, badly run and unsafe. There were three fire alarm evacuations during the 12 hours I stayed there - but no competent staff member on site or proper fire evacuation process. No proper care for guest safety at all. I got almost no sleep. The room was dirty with stains on the headboard and walls and a thick layer of dust at corners of rooms and inside wardrobe. The spa and leisure facilities were also dirty. I was supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first and went somewhere else. The hotel still has not processed the refund for the unused night as they promised. The hotel also doesn't use keys or keycards - but instead each room has a PIN code to access it. But there is no means of locking the door once inside to stop others coming in. As a lone female traveller, I found it disturbing to know that any staff member or customer who had seen my room's pin on the paper sheet it was kept on could access my room without my consent at any time with no accountability or system to check who had accessed the pin and room.
