Poor quality of tea and coffee choices and toiletries

No mini fridge in the room and having to ask for it. Only one operating lift. Rude staff in the restaurant. Poor dinner quality.

We could hear other adjacent doors opening and closing from our room

Listed as a airport facility but further away than we thought it would be. Also thought there was a shuttle to and from the airport. We needed to drag all of our luggage onto a bus to get to the hotel. Biggest issue is the plugs beside the bed are for Europe and not Scotland. This was an issue as I use a CPAP machine to be able to breathe at night. The Scottish plugs were on the other side of the room and my cord did not stretch that far. The staff had to scramble to find an extension cord from maintenance. Considering the number of people traveling that use CPAPs I was surprised that your facility was lacking.

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein obwohl wir ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten gebucht hatten. Hinzu es gab im Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank und Wasserflaschen wurden nicht regelmäßig gestellt. Am ersten Tag das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht.
Die Unterkunft bietet ein Schwimmbad, Sauna und Whirlpool. Hier sollte man achten, dass, aus hygienischen Gründen, die Gäste nicht mit T-Shirts rein gehen.

Was asked to sit down in the bar and get a drink l while they got a room ready for us. Was then forgotten about. Needed to remind the staff we were waiting. After they checked others in.

Entry into the room with a large suitcase was difficult due to the door stop.
Near the main road, constant background noise.
T.V. in the room could not get terrestrial channels.
Smoking at the main entrance and on the patio area, even when dining.
Dirty glasses were not removed from the room when cleaned.

Bis in die Innenstadt sind es mit Bus oder Bahn gut 30min.

I would like to explain in details our recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering we paid £382 for 2 nights for me and my wife.

When we checked in, we found that the duvet was dirty. We reported this three times, and each time we were told someone would come to change it. When it was finally changed, we then noticed a blood stain on the bedsheets, which was completely unacceptable. I also have photos of the stained and unclean bedding, which I showed to staff at the time.

Because of this, we were asked to move to another room. We packed our belongings and were told that staff would move our bags while we were out for dinner. However, when we returned at around 10:30 PM, after being out for more than 2 hours, our bags were still there and had not been moved. In the end, we had to move them ourselves, with only some help from reception.

Overall, this was a very poor experience due to the lack of cleanliness, repeated complaints, and poor service throughout our stay.

For the amount we paid, we expected much better. We are very disappointed and we wished the situation was held better which never happen and the service recieved is far way less than the money that was paid.
