Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

Had not been told the leisure facilities were closed.
The room smelled of cigarettes.
Room was very dated and tired.
No main light in Room.
Very,very over priced

Really enjoyed my stay. Would definetley use this hotel again
Pros:

Location was excellent. Thai food was great. Rooms were really good

Cons:

Shower was tiny but ok. The reception guy when I was first checking in wasn’t the warmest welcome I’ve had on hotel arrivals.

Pros:

I've used this hotel a dozen times.
I return each time because everything suits my requirements
The staff are unfailingly helpful and efficient
(Ronnie and Kathryn on reception) and all cleaning staff upstairs

Good value for money hotel to stay
Pros:

A good value for money place to stay. Friendly staff very easy to find would stay again

Cons:

I stayed in room 351 3rd floor, quite complicated to find, two lifts required to get to get to room at different parts of hotel. In my opinion that would put older customers off staying regularly there.

An excellent stay with everything we needed.
Pros:

We love were the hotel is situated. We also love that it resembles the old type of hotel, with the staff and service.

Cons:

We did find the pillows very hard.

Excellent value for money, perfect location
Pros:

We had a sea view King Suite which was lovely, very spacious. Lovely bath with separate shower cubicle

Great location

Cons:

Told that the room would only be serviced after 3 days. When asked for clean towels after 2 days they were dumped on the bed and wet towels left. No top up of teabags, milk etc and toilet rolls.
