Reception was attentive, requests to them were addressed usually very fast (under an hour). breakfast had great selection and quality. room was clean and luxurious. Room service was tasty.
Felt that the staff who came at our request to provide additional toilet paper, towels, sheets, etc seemed unfriendly and barely spoke, simply handing the item to us and immediately turning to leave. I responded to an email from grand hyatt about any special accomodations we may need, but never got a response, to the point i emailed a second time about it just in case and got no response again. When i connected with someone from grand hyatt through the provided whatsapp number, the person on the hyatt side seemed somewhat dismissive of my requests and just said once i am there they will figure it out, which wasnt very encouraging especially since were expecting a higher level of service considering this is a 5 star hotel. Also felt like everything is an upcharge. Breakfast being a fee is understandable, but using the pool and sunbeds had a fee, same with any sort of workout class, same with using the gazebos by the pool, any food or drinks on site, etc. Seems like everything is just nickel and diming us and you dont even really get amenities for the price, just the room and board for the hotel booking fee.

Сам отель очень не плохой, но видно что не молодой, снимали апартаменты, немного пахнет сигаретами, но в целом не плохо!
Завтраки просто ужас, выбор скудный, овощей и зелени вообще нет, салатов зеленых нет, одни булки, если вы следите за питанием, то будет сложно что-то подобрать кроме яиц!
Lovely hotel. Easy walk to nearby ICC - I was attending a conference. Great pool and lovely outdoor dining. I was upgraded to a very comfortable suite
The room I was in faced a busy road - would be worth booking a garden view room or higher floor
Comfortable and spacious rooms, great location, big and clean swimming pool and a complete gym.

Amazing staff. Lounge access brought a great experience with a lovely breakfast and a Happy Hour between 18-20pm. Each of the restaurants provided a different and cozy feeling.
Some furniture in the room was clearly worn out with many signs of the years of service.

I did like the location Taksim, is one of the safest areas for tourists.
It was very difficult to adjust to people smoking everywhere within the facilities of the hotel. No restrictions or dedicated area for smokers. They are everywhere without any limitations. It was not nice for nonsmokers.
