Pros:

Very nice pool area, very relaxing... nice interior design at the lobby and entrance area that gives a very good feeling at the beginning. Great breakfast.

Cons:

I wish the rooms floors were not carpet.

Pros:

I really liked the mattress, the bed linen, and the pillows. Sleeping there was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Cons:

It’s a good hotel; however, the interior feels a bit gray and dated. I would renovate it.

1. We’d reserved two rooms and we double confirmed that we need two rooms with king size beds on the same floor.
In check-in day we received information that one of us should stay in twin - room (wtf?)
After hot discussion receptionist gave us keys from two king size bed rooms BUT on the smoking floor..

2. Problem with transport and taxi during holidays (hotel gave us a transfer to the other hotel with free taxi access)

This is my 4th times in grand hyatt istanbul amazing place in amazing location with amazing staff big thumbs up for Sofia from customer relations she's the greatest!

Cons:

We stayed in this hotel before and loved it because the restaurant was exceptional. Every time we had lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel, but this year the chef changed apparently and the food was not the same. The chicken and meat was very average and the octopus was so overcooked that it tasted like rubber. Also last year we got some small presents like souvenirs from the hotel even though we had super average room, this year we did not receive anything or any welcome treats even thought we booked very top tier room.
