Great reasonably priced business hotel in DT Seattle
Pros:

This was a great business hotel. Front desk staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything including extra towels and room cleaning during my stay. Parking and a great coffee shop for breakfast. Close to Whole Foods and other shopping. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing fancy, just a reasonably priced hotel
Pros:

Reasonable price. Last-minute availability. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Openable windows. Hot water. Starbucks coffee in the room.

Cons:

Room heater was fully on high when we arrived and the room was sweltering. Front area of the room was poorly lit, although the area by the bed was fine. I wish they had real coffee mugs, not just paper.

Kind, professional, clean, great place to stay.
Pros:

My husband and I had an amazing experience here!! One of our best stays and we travel quite a bit, they were so kind, have a couple gifts which was incredibly sweet, housekeeping was great, provided us with everything we asked, the front desk was wonderful as well, very professional and friendly!! It was our home for 5 days and we will definitely be coming back! Location was also great, close by to pretty much everything, driving and walking distance, the room itself was beautiful, a loft style room, very spacious, clean and all amenities worked perfectly, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Vote me for 116 Mayor!
Pros:

When did I go? When DIDN'T I go! I practically live here once a week and have since 2023. It's conveniently located, very affordable (esp. for Bellevue), clean, and Woods is right next door, which is a huge bonus when I'm stumbling out of bed and walking to work in the downtown area. Did I mention the check-in process is about the best I've experienced at ANY hotel / chain? I can do it from my phone ahead of time, walk up to the desk, grab my key, and...voila! The 116 is still exactly what I need to pull off long-haul commuting from PDX.

Prime location with convenient transportation.

Cons:

Given the outdated hardware facilities, the bedding should be updated and replaced in a timely manner. Your extra "blankets" resemble plastic sheets on the verge of melting from the heat.
