Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

Was in town to visit our daughter but unfortunately we needed a hotel. We shopped and didn’t want to break bank so we picked here despite the other reviews. Our first room had dirty sheets, mattress had food crumbs no soap, mold on window and floor was dirty. We got moved and only improvement was sheets were clean. We stayed 4 nights and not once was room cleaned. Had to ask for more toilet paper. Pool was closed by health department. Never again will we stay here, I rather break bank. Please do not reply to my review, that you will share with staff because nothing looks like has improved in years from comments.

Pros:

Th8sbis by far the worse place i have ever stayed in.. the pool was closed, ot looked fine to me but they claimed was doing work on it.. the room smelled so bad we left at mifnight. They had sone nasty air freshner that even when we removed it from the room it still stunk.. the worker at front was running back and fprth from this place and comfort in because he was running both places.. just run do not go here.

Nasty staff nasty room they over charge everything is out of date
Cons:

They charged me 300$ for a room and a 100 deposit which I didn’t mind til I got into the room the hotel is run down need to update everything in there for the price they charging. My sheets and towels had stains on them went to tell the manager she had a nasty attitude and lied like she was gone to have someone change it never did I don’t recommend this property to stay in and I was all the way from Peoria Illinois.

Clean, quiet place to stay. Will be there again next time in town.
Pros:

Hotel lobby is clean. Check in was easy. King Suite Room is a must. Room was clean, odor free and quiet. Bed was comfortable as well. Location is good - just minutes away from the busy spots in the area, but is tucked back in a quiet area.

Cons:

Nothing really stood out as a negative. The automatic door sensor is close to check in and kept opening, but that is really nothing to complain about. Made it more of a funny than anything else.

Close to anything fun, but won't stay here again. Custer service is lacking.
Pros:

The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. It was close to the bowling alley for our tournament.

Cons:

I booked our room two months in advance, to make sure we had a king bed. When we arrived to check in the man at the desk said they were out of king rooms. And I am pretty sure he was trying to scam us. He did end up giving us a King Suite for the same price. But tried telling our friends the same thing. I paid in advance for this room. He stated that some of their previous guests chose to extend their stay. We found a kids toy in the couch, there was food under the couch that hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. there was only one small garbage can for the entire suite, I found several short/black hairs on the sink and tub in the bathroom (my hair is long and gray and my husband is bald) and the bed was like sleeping on a rock.
