Je n'ai pas aimé la salle de bain, très vieillissante.

Serviço e profissionais muito atentos e prestativos. Em especial Renan garçom do bar e o Guilherme camareiro.

Cons:

Tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes pelo mau cheiro do carpete no primeiro e no segundo tbm pelo mau cheiro de fechado. Como somos alérgicos não podemos com cheiro de mofo. Instalações velhas. Outro ponto foi o chuveiro, que estava mal regulado e alagou o quarto. Não gostamos.

Frustrating. Our booked room was not available.
Pros:

Good gym, except for treadmills that half of them is awful to run on or out of service, good breakfast, free shuttle to all GRU airport terminals.

Cons:

We booked a room with a king-size bed. Upon arrival (late night), the staff told us the room is not ready and we had to stay in a lower grade room with smaller beds while having to pay for the better room. We received not even an intention to make up for it by the hotel. Just a simple sorry.
