Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia e la grandezza della stanza, la cordialità del personale soprattutto della ragazza italiana al momento del check-in.

Cons:

Ci sono stati un po’ di equivoci circa possibilità di un late check-out con susseguirsi di info contrastanti da parte di varie persone dello staff. Avremmo gradito maggior chiarezza dall’inizio e maggior flessibilità al momento dell’eventuale late check-out.

Fabulous hotel, our favourite of several hotels we stayed in on our travels in Canada. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. Great decor, felt luxurious and practical at the same time. Easy walk to all downtown amenities. There’s a great little gelato place opposite too!

Cons:

We were a little bit disappointed with the restaurant. We only ate one meal there but it was expensive, the service was slow & the food a bit disappointing. My husband had a pasta arrabiata dish which was so spicy it was unpleasant. The waiter who cleared our table said he usually advises about this but the server who took our order didn’t do this.

An Extremely Comfortable Stay in the heart of the City!
Pros:

Good sized clean rooms! Lovely, friendly staff particularly the breakfast staff! Good food options! The woodfired pizzas were superb! Brilliant location! Lots of surrounding restaurants.

Cons:

Can't fault our stay apart from the member of staff who checked us in! He didn't explain the facilities clearly and forgot to give us the breakfast coupons!

Pros:

Great location and price.

Cons:

The cleanliness left something to be desired, the in room minibar was empty, and there was no way to contact the front desk via the room phone, only via WhatsApp or mobile phone. The WiFi setup was confusing, I couldn't buy sparkling water at the hotel despite it having a restaurant, and there was no room service either.
