Stylish hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The décor was stylish and full of character, a refreshing change from the typical bland, colourless hotel interiors. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of shelving for storage.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Their outstanding service made a great stay even more memorable.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The wardrobe was on the small side, and we would have appreciated having an in-room safe. The lighting at night was rather dim, although the large windows filled the room with plenty of natural light during the day.
