Great hotel - this is my 2nd time here, but overpriced
Pros:

Great location, great hotel - very clean and well designed.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

A bit overpriced.
Breakfast was not amazing (but OK).
I also wish they had some breakfast to-go boxes for early birds that are starting their day early, especially in weekends where they start serving breakfast very late.

It was a quick trip but we still got time to relax and enjoy our stay!
Pros:

The building is beautiful inside, the rooms were so comfortable, didn't feel like I was in a regular hotel room. We absolutely loved that they provided free reusable containers of water and very prompt when bringing up extra towels that they suggested at checking.
Checking in and out was very quick. Security cards for the elevators was nice.

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit pricey and not a lot of options for us when it came to brunch. Would have liked room service for brunch but couldn't figure out how to do it so we just ordered out and had it delivered.

Cons:

I chose this hotel based on guest reviews recommending it for solo travelers, particularly praising the friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. Every time I asked for something, the staff made me feel like a nuisance. Given the price and the lack of any warm, welcoming feeling, I’d rather book a larger chain hotel in downtown Toronto next time.

Excellent hotel throughly recommend to anyone staying in the Toronto area.
Pros:

Great hotel, with some of the best staff we have encountered in Ontario. Quality breakfast, very comfy beds and easy access to subway to downtown.
