Good location
Hard to find by taxi driver
Anndore House is within two blocks of the underground, close to Bloor St and easy access to downtown. We loved the decor and the staff were thoroughly lovely. We ate at the restaurant and had a beautiful meal. We had cocktails at the bar. Very chill vibe and just what we wanted! We stayed 5 nights and we were impressed with the housekeeping team. Not one hiccup!
Initially the Hotel was hard to approach with a vehicle as it’s a one way street with not much space in front but once you know this you can sort it out.
I didn’t really like the gluelam look of the cabinets in our room but they were functional. They didn’t really go with the rest of the room. A small thing I know. The circle mirror in our bath room was mounted on a nasty piece of wood that had previously been square. 😕

The property was very modern and had everything within one space - ie hotel, bar, restaurant, coffee shop and the location was great as it was close to local amenities like drug stories and many restaurants and bakeries and close to a station
The property was located right next to a homeless shelter, which wasn’t bad during the day time but at night time I wouldn’t recommend walking past it

The location is great. It is close to the office I wanted to go to, and everything else is nearby.
I thought $500 CAD could have bought much more; apparently, I was wrong. As my flight arrived late at night, I checked in almost at midnight. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 am the next morning, I hoped to get back to my room for some rest afterward. I needed it after taking a 20-hour long-haul flight, so I asked the hotel if I could have a late check-out. The answer was a cold "late check-out fee is $30 per half hour." Really?! After the TV remote didn't work and I complained about almost everything in the room, this was what I got?! No, this is not how a hospitality business should be. Especially when I have travelled so much. Anyways, I would say this facility does not meet Hyatt standards.
Mooi hotel met fijne sfeer en een leuk restaurant.
Ontbijt in het weekend start pas om 9:30 uur. Bediening in de bar kon wat beter (waren soms niet duidelijk) en de bediening in het restaurant was daarentegen heel erg goed en vriendelijk.
It’s lovely modern and clean. We enjoyed the stay. It was close to the tube and shops.
It was near to the homeless gathering.
