The most important thing in a hotel for me is always the bed, the sheets and the towels and they all were top.
Hotel was close to the airport and conveniently near freeway exits.
The facility needs major upkeep. We complained about a smell in the hallway close to the elevator. The hotel needs major remodel of rooms especially the bathrooms.
That is near to the airport. So convenient with the free shuttle.
Rooms is smaller than expected.
Localização.
Durante o transfer com o free shuttle a mala de mão de 10kg foi danificada e tive que substituí-la. Muito embora não seja responsabilidade direta do hotel, o fato modificou a experiência.
Location
Room was Okay! Indoor Pool, Fitness center. Location, closeness to SFO airport
Every other day Room service, only on request. Elevators need serious cleaning & repairs. Pets are allowed. Lounge and waiting area furniture is dirty. Even a clothed Chair in the room had sticky handles with sweat & dirts. No drinking water in the room. The outside of Room window glass was covered with dirt, dead spider and insects on sides. The Restaurant have granuled Salt & Cracked Pepper in the bottles that cannot be sprikled through lid holes. Pastry never got refilled. Fruits rarely got refilled.
1 Star – One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had. In July2026, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked two rooms: one for myself and my son, and another for my employee. At1.29 a.m. on the first night, I was awakened by a call from the front desk claiming there was a noise complaint from my room. I was asleep, and my son wasn’t even in the hotel that night. It was startling and completely unnecessary. The next morning, I spoke calmly with a manager named Jenny. For context, I am an IHG Platinum member and have stayed at many IHG properties. Jenny acknowledged that this should never have happened and said staff checked the floor and found no noise at all. Unfortunately, the disruption ruined my sleep and negatively affected my work the following day. Jenny told me she would forward my complaint to the General Manager Richard and that he would contact me. He never did. I stayed three more nights without any outreach. After returning to Los Angeles, I even called the hotel and asked for a callback from Richard. I never heard from him at all. That lack of courtesy and follow-up was almost more disappointing than the original incident. To make matters worse, there was also a loud air conditioning or ventilation noise that came on around midnight, making it even harder to rest. After reading other reviews, I saw that similar issues have been reported. Based on the false noise accusation, the sleep disruption, and the total lack of management follow-up, I cannot recommend this hotel. If it were possible to give zero stars, that is the rating I would choose.
We did an overnight stay after an airline trip. When my husband booked he accidently booked the wrong night with a breakfast. (Monday instead of Tuesday) . He called & called never got through -no at the hotel answered the phone. He got through to the 3rd party site who told him to send an email. Two emails were sent unanswered. Today when we checked out he asked if they could at least honor the breakfast we paid for on the wrong day- Monday instead of Tuesday- empty dining room. They said no too bad. No refund, no answer to immediate calls afterwards- or emails. We wil never stay with the or any IHG
