Auf der Durchreise Gut
Viele Langzeitmieter und andere ruhige Menschen.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war ziemlich genervt und unfreundlich.
Außerdem wurden zu angekündigten 2$ täglich noch zusätzliche Gebühren für „Housekeeping“ von 4 $ verlangt !!! Das ist bei einer (1) Übernachtung ein Plus von 8 $ = 10%.
Die zocken richtig viel ab und bekommen mich nie mehr wieder zu sehen. !! Bin gespannt ob Booking.com reagiert, die schreibe ich auch noch an.

Room smelt like cat pee and paid way more than I thought I would have to

The bed was nice I guess

Cons:

Walked into the room smells like cat pee had an extra $12 spent two dollars for utilities and $10 for housekeeping that wasn’t anywhere on the booking and what’s nonrefundable. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them and there was no shampoo conditioner or anything. The chair in our room was broken.

Semen filled underwear
Pros:

The worker was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The facilities were horrible. The original room we received had semen filled underwear on the floor. Trash all over the room. The kitchen was full of dirty dishes and food. The second room we received smelled like roach spray, had public hairs in the toilet seat and dirty floors. The room key didn't work and when I went back to the front office he was already gone for the night.

Hate that we were Mislead on booking app. Horrible conditions. Extra charges to my bill not listed in order to register & check in.

Cons:

Extremely angry about extra charges for House keeping/utilities that (Booking.com) site did not state were required to check in or pay for in Total Price at this property. The Basic Deposit change was returned immediately because we left the room cleaner than we got there. When we arrived the room had human hair on the bathroom floor & bugs that needed to be sprayed & extremiated.

Good for simple longer stays.
Pros:

I did love the comfiness and cool temperature of the room.

Cons:

Other than a slight concern for my safety when being out and about on the property and the difficulty of getting in during the night, it’s okay.
