Good for a short stop a while in Sac.
Pros:

I liked the location as it was across from the grocery store and it was very comfy and clean.

Cons:

I don’t like how some external parts of the building were trashed and worn down. Additionally I feared for my safety quite a bit.

Dirty . And dangerous . People were fighting and drinking booze out of bottle in the parking lot . They were fighting about the cheating woman are sleep around with other people living at this
Motel. Apparently this hotel is full of people living in it verses guests . It was a fair assumption that a gun was going to come out . Grown men acting like gangster. I heard Niga so many time I was offended as a person that has African American children. So I packed my stuff and left right in the middle of the fighting .
Left so fast I forgot almost of stuff in the room. My food , some clothes and my bathroom stuff.
It was unsafe and unbelievable dirty. Some unknown substance thrown all over the walls and the office chair is back but you could see all the dirt covering it . The room smelled so bad that I was gagging like rooted food and unclean bodies .
Bad place … very bad .

Staff was excellent especially Shawnee! Very welcoming. Beds were comfortable, not noisy.

Low class clients. Homeless people always hanging around in parking lot or sleeping in a barely running car in plain sight, despite the parking pass to put in your dash and the sign mentioning so on the office door. Police presence a couple times in the parking lot late at night. Room looked as it was finished with paint trim and caulking by a sixth grader. Kitchen cabinets are severely old and breaking down. I was in room 109.
