Unclean floors, air vents, No extras for the price.
Like extra coffee/cups. We were given some downstairs.

Front desk staff at check in needs retrained, elevator needs sign to use key card replaced Since check in was very informative nor welcoming. To our party and another that was struggling.

Bathrooms were way too small. Needs sliding door for that size room.
I love that I get to look out at the beach right from my room. I like that I just put my bathing suit on, grab a chair and leave all my personal belongings in my room because the beach is my back yard. I loved how close all the stores were.
I don’t like that you have to pay for parking additional from your room charge. I don’t like they didn’t have free breakfast. I don’t like they didn’t have chair rentals at the actual hotel, for the people who didn’t bring any. I don’t like that they don’t have 24 hour coffee service.

The refrigerator is to small and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The access to the boardwalk and the beach!
The too small elevators with damaged floors was crazy. The lounge carts barely fit and if you have children and strollers you are waiting for at-least 10-15 mins. The elevator screens are broken and you don’t know what floor you are on until the door opens. The room had a thermostat, but used manual PTAC units to control the temperature in the room. The sliding doors didn’t lock properly, so they made a makeshift locking mechanism. The room furniture was all cracked and broken and bathroom had cracked tile, shower doors are to heavy for the space and mechanisms are loose and off the track, falling off soap holders full of almost 1” caulking that looks molded and rusted door stoppers that if you are not careful will scratch you coming out the shower.
