My stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. My room and the lobby was clean and location of the hote

Great location, like the high floor. Staff was very friendly. Great food at Mahi's and friendly staff.

Cons:

I always stay at this location. This time the ice machine in 7th floor was not working and one of the elevators was out of order which put a damper on things - waiting also traveling to different floor to look for ice. Also the Shower in the bathroom (Room 707) is soooo very yellow and dirty looking. Even though I'm sure they cleaned it, it's very dirty looking.

Pros:

The hotel is located wonderfully. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent.

Cons:

The only suggestion is the front staff could be a bit friendlier and more attentive.

Would probably not choose that hotel again.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The carpet was worn and looked dirty.
You could not request room cleaning from the floor staff. Someone was always working on the hallway floors so you had to always be on guard. We were disturbed one night with a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building with whatever clothing we had on. Nobody seemed apologetic over what we understood was a worker inadvertently waiving something in front of a vent.
