Nice stay. Convenient to Terrytown/Sleepy Hallow.
Pros:

Very clean. Front desk staff were great. The on site restaurant/bar food was good but very pricey.

Never at Doubletree again.
Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable because the mattress was so old I could feel the mattress springs. I stay at Hiltons frequently and have never been more uncomfortable.

For a Hilton hotel ( premium price ) I was disappointed with my stay )
Pros:

Did not look appealing

Cons:

Staff could have been a little friendlier
Staff could have been more accommodating ( we arrived at 1pm and was told to come back at 3pm not before )
Had to always ask staff for more towels . Didn't always have hot water, the shower valve was constantly running.
